Entrance door leads into large salle de sejour room with original beams and Charentaise fireplace. The floor is tiled throughout; French style oak kitchen units with built-in ceramic electric hob, built in fan oven, extractor over, built-in stainless steel sink, there are ample cupboards and plenty of worktop space.

The kitchen equipment includes, a large fridge-freezer, smaller separate fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave / grill, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses for min 10 people, high chair, and a large extendable dining table and chairs. A cupboard under the stairs houses cleaning equipment, electric hoover, iron and ironing board, broom, mop etc: we supply starter cleaning materials, washing machine and dishwasher tabs, loo rolls, starter bin bags

Lounge
Large living area with double sleeping area off, 4' 6" bed; includes built in wardrobe with hangers, large chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets and lamps. Living area has large sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV/DVD player, radio / CD player, large shelving area with selection of books ( children and adults ) and DVD's.

Bedroom 1 (Master)
Comfortable large double room with exposed beam, double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, easy chair, wall lights, full length mirror, electric radiators and cot. window is fitted with sliding fly screen.

Ensuite shower room
Tiled room with extra large, glass enclosed shower tray, WC, basin with light above and shaver point, electric bathroom heater

Bedroom 2 (Twin)

Medium sized room with twin 3ft beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, electric heater, wall lights and a Velux roof window with blind

Bedroom 3 (Family Room)

A large room with 1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers/ bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, full length mirror, easy chair, hairdryer, TV monitor for watching DVD's and videos. window is fitted with sliding fly screen. All the beds have duvets and ample pillows, we supply bed linen and house towels, (bottom sheets only for cot) beds made up for your arrival.

Bathroom

Bathroom includes: bath, shower mixer taps, WC, basin with light over and shaver point.

Stairgate

There is a stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs.

Ground floor shower room (wheelchair accessible)

Large shower room contains, WC, basin with light over and shaver point, very large shower area / wet-room, grab rails etc, all specially designed for easy wheel chair access.

Outside

The property benefits from its own paved terrace area with table, chairs and parasol, screened by a wall and trellis/fence with climbing flowers . Each gite also has its own BBQ.

We have bike racks in one of our barns where bikes can be securely stored.
