Description

The house is in a superb location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , two smart TV's and superb harbour views.
The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture.

There is parking available at just £28 per week or there is free parking a short walk away.
The space
The Living Space
The house has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight adults (plus a child in a fold away bed and a toddler in a cot). It is situated on Station Road in Looe overlooking the harbour. It has a front terrace with superb views and with a table, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ and a small rear courtyard with seating. The terrace is SW facing so gets the sun all afternoon and evening, with great sunsets (see the pictures which were taken from the terrace).
Downstairs there is a delightful lounge with superb views and seating for seven adults. Also on the ground floor is a large fully refurbished kitchen with a large range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods for your stay. In the kitchen is a large dining table with seating for nine.

On the first floor there is a large bedroom at the front with a king size bed and superb views through twin windows. Also on the first floor is a small bedroom with bunk beds for two children or adults. Finally, there is a bathroom with bath, shower and WC on this floor.

On the second floor there is another large front facing bedroom, with a king size bed and superb views. This bedroom has a large en-suite shower room with double rain shower and his and hers sinks. On the same floor there is also a good sized bedroom with a double bed.

Please note that the front terrace at the front of the house has a low wall with a drop behind it, so children must be supervised at all times when on the terrace. Also, there are steps and a slope up to the house so it is not suitable people with limited mobility.

Location
The house is in a superb location on Station Road in the heart of Looe. It is just a minutes walk from the centre of historic Looe and its large safe, sandy beach. It is also perfectly located if you intend to bring a kayak or paddle board as Looe river is ideal for this and there is a launch point just across the road from the house (there is also storage for them at the house and a locking point at the house).

Looe is a quaint fishing town, where you can enjoy all the usual seaside attractions, including b`1oat trips and fishing trips. You can also enjoy the locally caught fish, either in one of the many local restaurants or cooked at home after you buy it fresh from Pengellys on the quay side.

Just across the bridge from the property there is a superb children's playground.

Parking is available at £28 per week (£18 per week in winter) or £6 per day in a car park just 100 yards away. Alternatively there is free parking on Hannafore Sea front if you are happy to walk along the sea front for 15 minutes.
There is free parking in front of the property for loading and unloading.

Great for a large group

This was a great house and location for a family group of 7 adults. The kitchen dining space was an excellent size and communal space for cooking, eating and games. The lounge is small (fits 6 on comfy chairs/sofas) but really welcoming and cosy. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were all great and aside from the bunk room, they were all extremely spacious. It is worth noting 3 of the bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The upper floors/beds creak a lot so can be heard loudly in the 1st floor rooms. The responsiveness to a tv problem was so quick, even though it was the Christmas holiday period, we were really impressed. We loved the house and had a great stay, though the slope to the house might not suit someone immobile. The location was fantastic, easy access to the town, great beach, pubs, walks, friendly people.
