We had a lovely decking area and picket fencing so our dog was happy and safe. A beautiful peaceful spot with lovely views and only 5mins from Looe. Have recommended to family and friends and will visit again.
Holm Oak
By Louise on 26-May-2021Totally loved our week's stay at Holm Oak Cottage for May Half Term. The perfect tonic after the most challenging year. A real 'get away from it all' week, we relaxed so quickly there in the lush green countryside, with views across the valley from the cottages and everything we needed was ready and waiting for a cosy and comfortable stay. The kids made friends with other guests and played on the lawn, even the dog made a doggie buddy! A really peaceful and quiet retreat, but within easy reach of so many lovely beaches and things to do. Totally recommended Lantic Bay and Adrenalin Quarry nearby. Huge thanks to Lucy and the family for helping us enjoy a wonderful staycation.
Lovely Stay
By Dave on 29-Sep-2024My partner and I (along with Willow our Springer Spaniel) stayed in Holm Oak cottage for a week at the end of June. We were lucky with the weather and found this location a great base for walking different sections of the South West Coast Path (both Northward and Southward). The cottage is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by Lucy and as the cleaning of the cottage was already done, we were very grateful that we were allowed to access it early (after a long drive from Sheffield!). We would definitely recommend this cottage and would go again in a heartbeat.
