The house itself has a large open plan living/ dining area , with multiple windows for plenty of light, plus patio doors out to your private patio area.
There is a large kitchen with oven, hob , fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. The kitchen also has two windows offering plenty of light and sea views.
Guests also have free access to an indoor heated swimming pool at a local holiday park about two miles away from the house. Please note that the pool is closed to our guests on Christmas day and during all of August.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, with quality bed linen. It also has an en-suite shower room with wc . A cot and high chair are also available if required.
The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with large wardrobes for plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed, a put up bed can also be placed in this room (upon request), please note th put up beds are for anyone aged 12 and under only.
The main bathroom is directly next to the 3rd bedroom and has a bath (with shower above, plus a sink and wc.
The 4th bedroom is the attic room. This room has 3 single beds as well as sky light which opens up as a balcony- from here you can see the beach & all along the coast.
A welcome box of tea, coffee pods, milk and biscuits is provided for our guests. Linen and towels are also included.
In the open plan living area you can cosy up on the large plush sofas complimented plumped cushions, and of course must have snuggly throws. Relax by the fire and watch the sun set over the ocean.
There are 2 designated parking spaces directly outside the front door. Please note that the front entrance has a number of narrow steps, however for anyone needing easier access there is also a gate through to the back garden which does not have any steps.

Please Note: We allow 1x dog with an additional fee of £30. The dog must be restricted to the kitchen at all times. A £100 dog deposit will also be taken before your stay, if the dog is found to be anywhere but the kitchen/ garden during your stay we will retain the deposit. SL

By Gillian on 01-Sep-2024Stunning location and beautiful property , seclusive but conveniently close to the small beach. Doggie friendliness made a difference to us as dog owners . Provision of kayaks and canoe were an added bonus. the decking and out door furniture made it really nice to ear outdoors ,and the weather allowed us to be outdoors nearly the whole time, unbelievable value for money and a very memorable holiday
I Adore this place
By Grace on 01-Feb-2025I adore this place. The house is larger than it seems in the photos. Three beautiful seating areas, all with sea views. An enormous kitchen and well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy. A really beautiful ensuite bedroom. The childrens attic room offers lots of fun for the children. I loved the coastal walks and the wild sea. I hope we come back soon. X
