Description
Newly completed in 2014 barn conversion, compact and cosy this 1 bedroom cottage , is ideal for walkers. It lies at the north end of the village of Cloughton, which is 4 miles north of Scarborough. On a bus route for those who don't want to use a car every day. 5 minutes walk to the old Whitby to Scarborough railway line which is now a footpath and cycle way. 8 minutes to cliff top walks.Walking distance to cafes , and pubs that serve good food. Short stays available by arrangement with the owner price per night is £90 min stay 3 nightsCar space in owners carpark which is the rear of the property.
Price in low season £450 April to June . July to end of sept £500 .

Lovely and clean a credit to the owners has every thing you need towels bedding tea and coffee shower products and a lovely welcome pack . Is most comfortable and Liz & Mike are very friendly and welcoming they are always on hand when needed, looking forward to our next visit

We went as far as Saltburn and visited the places along that part of the coast and went to Hackness to visit a friend this time, the roads are very good. We will come again but I not sure when it a lovely part of UK

A Little Gem
By Sarah on 14-Oct-2020A cosy, comfortable and well-designed little cottage with skylights that fill the room with light. Beautiful decor and furnishings with thoughtful touches throughout. Well-equipped, spotlessly clean and a delightful welcome hamper greets you on arrival. Useful information about the local area is provided and Liz is very helpful if you need anything. A lovely space to relax after a day out and the internet connection is excellent. A perfect base to access walks straight from the door or travel further afield to explore the East Coast. Ideal for walking the Cleveland Way and the Cinder Track which are just minutes from the door on foot. This is my third visit and I will definitely be back !
Lovely bijou little cottage

We had a lovely welcome hamper It was spotless and very cosy for the 2 off us. was central for where we wanted to be. Liz was very helpful and friendly we would not hesitate to return if we want to see that area again.
