Description
In Puglia, just a few minutes drive from Martina Franca, pearl of the Baroque art and capital of the enchanting Itria Valley, is situated our property. 2 independent trulli villas can be rented separately or together for up to 12 persons. The beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 min.The 2 units with separate entrance gates and large private parking are finely restored and are set on a hill. They represent an ideal oasis for families or groups of friends who love nature and tranquillity. The place is suitable and safe for children.
There is a splendid swimming pool ( 12 x 6 sqm) with a large solarium and a shaded pergola where guests can pleasantly spend their free time in total privacy and relax.
The villas overlook a well-kept Italian garden full of fragrant Mediterranean plants, a pine wood and 1,5 hectares of orchards, olive and fruit trees that guests can enjoy.
The interiors are equipped with all modern comforts and tastefully furnished to a high standard and harmoniously blend traditional architectural elements such as stone arches with a contemporary design.
The thick local stone walls make it cool in summer and cozy in winter. Central heating and airconditioninig are available. In winter, guests can enjoy the pleasure of a fireplace.

Great Trulli Villa in the countryside outside Martina Franca
By Mark Cope on 05-Jul-2026Lovely villa in the countryside just outside Martina Franca. Very well suited to our family group of 3 generations and on a large site with gardens and a small forest. The property is well looked after, the pool is a generous size and the kitchens well equipped. The owners are very responsive to any questions and gave us lots of tips of what to do and where to go. Plenty of places to visit by car on both coasts and inland. Would come back.
The perfect place to unwind in Puglia
By Lorraine Habdank on 14-Jun-2025The perfect place to unwind in Puglia We spent twelve wonderful days at Trullo Due Pini in July – and would return without hesitation! The location is ideal: peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive from historic towns like Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni, Monopoli and Grottaglie. Both coastlines of the stunning Valle d’Itria are also within easy reach. The Trullo itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean – we felt at home right away. The bathroom and pool were in excellent condition – very clean and clearly well cared for. Our bedroom was spacious, the mattress was top quality, and thanks to the (occasionally used) air conditioning, always pleasantly cool. Sleeping in the Trullo was a special experience: calm, almost meditative, and deeply relaxing. The high ceilings added to the sense of space and comfort. The surrounding garden and landscape are simply lovely – blooming lavender, roses, cypresses, fruit and olive trees, and the scent of a large linden tree. There’s a perfect outdoor spot for every time of day. We truly felt like we were in our own little oasis. The hosts, who stayed for a few days in the neighbouring Trullo, were exceptional – warm, helpful, and full of thoughtful recommendations, while remaining wonderfully unobtrusive. Communication and check-in were seamless – in German, English or Italian. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a relaxing atmosphere – with easy access to charming historic towns and both coasts – this place is perfect. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back!
A fabulous 8 nights
By Paul Hill on 23-Sep-2024We had a fabulous time staying here in September. A brilliant trulli/villa with lots of space and huge grounds. A gorgeous pool which was well looked after. The owners TOMMASO and Gudrun was so helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble and response time to any queries was immediate. Unlike a lot of places the kitchen was equipped incredibly well, no shortage of cutlery, crockery and an abundance of pots, pans and appliances. A 10 minute drive into Marina Franca was very easy and perfect for getting to all the other beautiful towns close by. If we get down to this area again we will definitely return to this place.
Amazing stay in a beautiful part of the world
By Manuela on 16-Aug-2024We had the pleasure of staying in both truly Due Pini and Il Glicine with a party of 10 in total. The accommodation had more than enough space to house us all comfortably and I think the photographs actually don’t do the property justice, it really is lovely. The grounds are exceptional and offer not only beautiful surroundings but a peaceful and private setting. The pool is large enough that it was enjoyed by everyone and the location is such that you are close to beautiful towns and just 30 minutes from amazing beaches in either direction. The owners were so helpful and welcoming it was hard to ask for anything more. We were able to have a celebration whilst we were there and this really was the best place to have it with all the outdoor space that it provided. A couple of things to bearing mind and these really did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday at all, but it is advertised as air conditioned (which was a very large part of our decision to use this property) and yes there is some air conditioning there in the main bedrooms of both trulli, but the rest of the property has a fan system in a heating type unit in the living areas and nothing in the other bedrooms (although fans were provided) which I’m sure for most of the year would be fine but it was very hot when we were there and one of our guests was pregnant and found it quite uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. I think also a book with information would be a good idea as I felt that I had to contact the owners more than I would have liked. These really were very minor things and did not detract from a fantastic holiday in a beautiful property which we couldn’t recommend more.
Amazing Property for a Relaxing and Tranquil holiday

The property itself is large with lots of space and lovely outdoor areas to relax . The private pool Is large and lovely along with the relaxing seating area around the pool . My thanks go out to Lorenza who looks after the property for the owners . She is such a lovely person and will do anything to help . She cares so much about the property and the guests having a great time . We never met the owners but the communication was absolutely 1st class . Lovely couple who did all they could to make our stay perfect. We are planning on coming back as soon as we can but I would recommend this property highly . We have stayed all over Italy and this is our best villa by far . Only small issue is the WiFi is slow but all 4 of us managed to use it daily without any major issue.
Absolutely lovely accommodation and beautiful house in the center of Puglia
By Lisa on 17-Sep-2023This vacation is one of the best ever. It almost felt too good to be true! Lovely house and garden! The kids loved the pool and to run around in the garden and pick fresh figues to us adults. The house is spacious and offered everything we needed and we could relax totally after the warm welcome of Tommaso and Gudrun. They are absolutely the best and they supported us with everything we needed to know and gave us many fantastic ideas of what to du during our stay and we followed many of them with great success! The house is situated just outside of Martina Franca and it is easy to access beaches from two coasts by car in only 30 minutes. Also, to go to different wineyards and nice restaurants in the small towns around. I almost don’t want to tell people about this place, because it is so amazing. We want to keep it for ourselves 😊
