Villa Jasmin is a peaceful, self-contained holiday apartment set in the countryside just outside Cervia. It combines the character of a traditional Italian property with comfortable modern interiors, exposed wooden beams and carefully chosen furnishings. The apartment is ideal for couples, small families or guests looking for a relaxing base near the Adriatic coast. Cervia’s historic centre and beaches are approximately 5 km away and can be reached in around 15 minutes by bicycle, with a particularly enjoyable route through the Cervia Salt Pan nature area. Bicycles are available on request as part of the stay. Guests can enjoy a quiet rural setting while remaining within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, nature reserves, family attractions and the historic city of Ravenna.

The local area Villa Jasmin is well placed for exploring Cervia, the Adriatic coast and the natural landscape of the Cervia Salt Pan. Cervia’s centre and the nearby beaches are approximately 5 km from the property, or around 15 minutes by bicycle. The route takes guests through the distinctive salt-pan landscape, which forms part of an important nature reserve and the wider Po Delta environment. In Cervia, guests can explore the historic centre, visit the MUSA Salt Museum, walk around Borgo Marina and discover the town’s long connection with salt production and fishing. Cervia and the surrounding resorts offer kilometres of sandy beaches, beach clubs, cafés, shops and restaurants. Cycling is one of the best ways to explore the area. Bicycles are available from the property on request, making it easy to reach Cervia, the coast and nearby nature trails. Le Ghiaine & Saretina are our recommended place for seafood/traditional Romagna cooking. A visit to the Cervia Salt Pan is highly recommended. Its landscape, wildlife and traditional salt production make it one of the most distinctive attractions in the area. For a longer day trip, Ravenna is known internationally for its early Christian and Byzantine mosaics. Other possibilities include Cesenatico, Rimini, San Marino and the historic towns and countryside of Emilia-Romagna.

Villa Jasmin is a ground-floor, self-contained apartment accommodating up to 4 people. Entrance and living area The apartment opens into a bright living and dining space with traditional exposed wooden beams. The living area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen television. A small round dining table with four chairs provides a comfortable place for breakfast and evening meals. Kitchen The compact kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals and includes: Hob Sink Fridge-freezer Food-storage unit Cooking utensils Crockery, glasses and cutlery Kettle and coffee-making facilities Basic kitchen provisions, including tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper Dishwasher Bedroom The separate bedroom has a double bed, The room combines soft natural colours with the property’s exposed timber ceiling. Bathroom The modern bathroom includes: Walk-in shower with a glass screen Washbasin set on a natural wood counter Toilet Bidet Mirror and storage Bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels are not supplied, and the bathroom towels provided must not be taken to the beach.

Detailed directions and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in. Cervia town centre and the coast are approximately 5 km away. Ravenna, Mirabilandia and the other resorts of the Adriatic coast are easily reached by car. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. The nearest railway station is Cervia–Milano Marittima. Guests arriving by train should arrange a taxi or other transport from the station.

Payment terms and additional charges • A deposit of [25% or 30%] is required to confirm the reservation. • The remaining balance is payable [six weeks/30 days] before arrival. • For bookings made within [30 days/six weeks] of arrival, full payment is required when booking. • Local tourist tax is required to be paid. • Cancellation terms will be provided in writing before the booking is confirmed. • Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Pets are accepted upon request. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property.
