Description
Our spacious holiday villa is located right by the sea between San Remo and Imperia (Italian Riviera) less than one hour's drive from Nice airport. The villa was completely preserved in the ast 3 years. The furnishings have also been completely renewed.Please note: Work on the villa isn’t quite finished yet (we’ll continue construction on a separate apartment behind the house this fall). But construction is on hold during the summer, so we’re able to rent out the villa. Everything is neatly concealed, so guests won’t be bothered by the construction.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room. A hall with cloakroom, a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. And a big kitchen with open windows looking over the Sea. On the ground floor there is also a studio, with a double bed, a private shower and sink. There are several French doors opening onto the terrace surrounding the house and there are sea views from every room. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms (with six beds in total). All rooms have sea views. There is a modern bathroom, with a shower, toilet and a generous sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
Surrounding the house is a breathtaking terrace with 180-degree unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea. The garden has several levels/terraces and and is about 2,000 m2. There is a brand-new (built-in) swimming pool with a terrace. Obviously with sea views.
The sandy beaches of the village of San Lorenzo al Mare is about a 20-minute walk away. Already at 10 minutes you pass several rocky beaches.
Our holiday home is an excellent base for trips to small villages in the mountains, lazy sandy beaches; a golf course, fashionable cities such as San Remo, Imperia and Monaco; sporty canyoning trips; dolphin spotting at sea, etc.
