"Lenno Spese" is a brand new apartment in Lenno, one of the most popular and warmest villages on the lake on the favoured west side of the lake. Approx 3 minutes walk from café, pizzeria, supermarket, bus route. No car required. Private secure parking space if required at the home. Features include a swimming pool (shared), TV, DVD, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons inc microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. Fans, hair-dryer, cot and high chair. Please ask for more details. 10 min walk to lake and village centre. Sunny location. 2 ferry stops within walking distance in Lenno and Campo.Boat hire, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), restaurant and beach bar within walking distance, Richard Branson's Villa Casinella all located here in Lenno. By Julia McNeil on 31-Aug-2026Have just returned from a wonderful week away in this lovely home. Location was fabulous with stunning views of the mountains. Everything was within walking distance with access to great restaurants, shops and ferry port. Barrie was a great host and he responded to any queries very quickly. Will definitely be back!

By Melinda on 18-Aug-2026Exceptional We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very clean, spacious, perfectly equipped and truly comfortable. The pool is very nice and the view is superb. The host is very kind, available and attentive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area and easily visiting the main sites. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return!

By John on 09-Aug-2026Second time at Spese Apartments and once again we had a great time. Why? Because you feel like you're part of the locals . Plus, they're clean and comfortable. Barrie is an excellent host, always ready to offer advice and suggestions on the best local restaurants , local events, and things to do and not do. We stayed two weeks and haven't seen all the beauties of Lake Como yet. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again Barrie and see you soon Ciao, see you soon!

Lenno is a really nice town that didn't seem overcrowded. It wasn't crowded with tourists. I can definitely recommend both the landlord and Lenno.

We especially appreciated Barrie’s warm hospitality, excellent communication and attention to detail, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment also offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and Lake Como, which made our stay even more special.
