La Liberata

Aristocratic Villa built in 1700, recently entirely restored, stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic sea, very calm and relaxed area, still in walking distance to Petritoli town with several bars and restaurants, art galleries, barock theater and various shops.

La Liberata consists of:
garden floor:
- vast and fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, equipped for 18 persons, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, water kettle, side by side fridge with ice cube maker, crushed ice and cold water.
Wine cellar.
Outside a pool, pizza oven, fabulous views, child and pet friendly.
One smaller bedroom with French wall paper liberty style.

First floor:

three bedrooms

All equipped with bedding, towels, hairdryer.

On the right hand side of vintage Villa:
three apartments each with kitchenette and own bathroom, fully equipped and suitable for two persons, child beds available.

The beaches of Porto St. Giorgio at the Adriatic sea has child friendly beaches, countless bars and restaurants along the coast. Shoe shopping is a nice option as the entire Italian shoe industry is nearby around Fermo.

This part of Italy is truffel country, it's not as much known as Tuscany for example, prices in restaurants are still on a reasonable level, still providing original italian cuisine. Our favorite restaurant is the Osteria in Petritoli, you pay a flatrate of 40 € per person, salami and cheese, bread and wine is on the table once you come, then the menu continues through the evening, plate by plate is being served, wine as much as you like, water of course as well. Good you can just walk home, it's just a mile to La Liberata.

The driving distance to the beaches is about 20 minutes, if it gets too hot during summer, you just jump into the pool, or you drive up to the mountains where an artificial lake has sweet water and it's mostly cooler up there. Fermo, the local capitol is worth visiting, it's only 20 km away, during summer are many events like Palio of Fermo. Each village and town provides local food.
Ascoli Piceno on the other side is a much different city, the Piazza di Popoli is one of the most attractive squares in Italy.

Twice a year is sale for shoes, they are anyway inexpensive as the outlets are just next to the factories. Italy has no copyright on furniture, any furniture you like can be manufactured with the materials you prefer, much cheaper than some originals.

There are two airports nearby, one is Falconara in Ancona (ca. 80 km north) and then Abruzzi airport in Pescara (ca. 100 km south). Rome with its airports is two hours and twenty minutes away.

Payment regulations:
after signing the rental contract ten days prior to arrival. Safety deposit is 1.000 €. To be returned ten days after checkout.
Rental prices to be negotiated individually depending on duration and number of guests. But not below 5.000 € and not below four days of stay.

La Liberata can be rented starting from spring 2027.
This aristocratic Villa is a private property and has only been occupied by friends and family, therefore no reviews. We strictly refuse to buy reviews as we know some landlords do. Guests are welcome to visit prior to booking at any time.

La Liberata is our get away in Italy, she has been restored in the past few years and meticulously furnished with antique furniture matching the style and elegance of this unique historical property.
