Description
Villa Corinium is situated in a quiet and verdant private residence, just under 25 km from the city of Cagliari.This residential-tourist area is located on the ridge of the Terra Mala hill, in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena.
Villa Corinium is a well-appointed property that has been designed with a bright and pleasant style, making it ideal for guests who value comfort, functionality and practical amenities. The property is competitively priced.
The villa is organised on two floors. The ground floor comprises a living room with spectacular sea views and access to a covered veranda, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine, and a separate cloakroom. The sleeping area, which is directly connected to the main floor, can be accessed via an elegant wooden staircase. The two double bedrooms, both with a sea view and direct access to the swimming pool, each have a large en-suite bathroom with shower.
The garden surrounding the swimming pool, which is exclusively available to the tenants of the house, ensures the privacy typically sought during a holiday. The swimming pool area is also equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
All areas of Villa Corinium have been meticulously designed to ensure the utmost comfort of guests.
The property's highly strategic position allows guests to easily access the most famous south-eastern beaches in a matter of minutes. Elmas Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and the city centre is just under 20 minutes away by car.
Villa Corinium is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, an alarm system, large private parking, internet connection and a smart large tv. Guests can also request a private chef and a professional property manager is available 24/7 to ensure a comfortable stay. For your safety, we provide a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and smoke/gas detectors.
Cots, high chairs and baby baths are available upon request at no additional cost.
Please be advised that the rental cost covers water, gas and electricity consumption up to 130 kW.

Changeover day is flexible from March to half May and from half September until the end of November. June, July and August are strictly on Saturdays (please ask the owner for different arrangements).

Stunning views from a beautiful villa
By Mark Burrows on 19-Sep-202610 days in perfect weather overlooking the bay of Cagliari. I will never tire of that view. Sunsets wete off the scale breathtaking floods of red and orange sky. He pool is small but well maintained and perfect for cooling off. Sun terrace big enough for four avid sun bathers. Villa is spotless and well appointed, air con effective and throughout. Bathrooms a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed. You will need a car to enjoy your visit fully the hills are steep and the villa is not in walking distance of amenities.
Wonderful Villa
By Christina Elhawi on 14-Jul-2026The Villa was wonderful. Fully quipped with kitchen appliances and cookware. Has a washing machine and multiple toilets and a beautiful pool. Pool inflatables, towels and bedding. The location is great but a car is needed. Francesco was great with his recommendations for local restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The villa is secure and really clean. Would highly recommend.
Séjour paradisiaque

La maison est parfaitement équipée et entretenue, propreté impeccable, la vue fantastique, la climatisation fonctionne très bien , la piscine est un vrai plus . La résidence est sécurisée, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous . Francesco, le gestionnaire de la propriété, est très réactif et soucieux de notre confort. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute . By Tobias-Fabian on 09-Jun-2025Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und flexibel. Wundervoller Blick aufs Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage; Auto ist aber Pflicht. Ein zweiter Schlüssel für Tür und Tor wäre wünschenswert. Franscesco war bei Rückfragen sehr gut erreichbar. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert
Holiday unforgettable

The property manager Francesco was very helpful from the moment we landed and made sure we were happy before he left us to enjoy the holiday. We hope to stay again in the near future :)
