Description
The house is located in Terra Mala, a location which is characterised by its natural beauty and rural surroundings. The villa is situated on a hilltop, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding area. The villa is nestled within a verdant landscape, surrounded by other residential properties that are dispersed across the hill.You will enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the place and will just have to decide whether to relax in the swimming pool in front of a wonderful sunset or to go down the paved path and reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the south coast in a 5 minute drive.
Villa Zoe includes 3 bedrooms/6 sleeps, a full equipped kitchen, a wide dining/living area, a comfortable bathroom with shower, a swimming pool and a garden all around the villa. The house is set on two floors, all the rooms are well lit. The access to the villa, through the back garden, leads both to the upper floor, in the living area, and to the lower level, in the sleeping area, at the same level of the swimming pool.
The house is also provided with a private parking
During the summer months, guests may wish to spend the majority of their time outside, enjoying the morning sun or the refreshing breeze in the evening. The outdoor spaces at Villa Zoe have been designed with this in mind, offering guests a chance to relax and unwind. Villa med fantastisk utsikt
By Jasmina M on 20-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay in Sardinia and at Villa Zoe – the villa is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The kitchen was spacious, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The view over the sea and surrounding landscape was stunning, and we loved watching the sunsets every evening. The pool was large and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. Beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning in every room worked perfectly. The villa is in a quiet area, yet close to several beautiful beaches – the nearest one was only a 5–10 minute drive away. A car is essential to get around, but there’s good parking at the house. The only thing we missed was some shade on the terrace during the hot afternoons. Francesco, our host and main contact, was excellent – always helpful, responsive, and made sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful place we would absolutely recommend!
First time in Sardinia
By David B. on 13-Jul-2019A very pleasant property with good facilities. The view from the terrace and pool area is exceptional and the garden is pretty in June and provides good screening. The location was very quiet during our stay and the pool & terrace are not overlooked. The property was very spacious (certainly for just two of us), comfortable and the aircon, which was severely tested due to abnormal temperature during our stay, is very efficient. The equipment provided is reasonable & quite comprehensive. If you like filter coffee, consider taking a supply of filter papers as we could not buy locally during our stay. The location of the property means a hire car is essential and the arrangements we used at Cagliari airport were efficient. Be prepared to spend a reasonable time in the car if you want to visit a range of beaches and cultural sights as many the roads are rural & therefore quite slow and somewhat quirky at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite abnormally high temperatures and the property is a nice place to spend time with good outside seating and a very nice pool.
Villa with an awesome view for family holiday
By Mark S. on 13-Aug-2018We visited August 2018 The Villa is in a rural location a car is essential. If you head east along the coast there are some amazing beaches. The. West 15 minutes and your in Cagliari The Villa is managed by an extremely nice and help chap called Francesco. It’s a modern Villa kept in good condition. The owners clearly stay here themselves as there are lots of home furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and the the BBQ was brand new in our arrival. The upper floor is open plan living and kitchen area. This opens to the balcony where there is an outside dining table and you can sit and watch the sun set over the Cagliari bay with the mountains beyond. The lower floor is a double with ensuite and two twin rooms with a family shower room. One bedroom opens onto the downstairs terrace where the pool and BBQ are with further seating. Really nice relaxing break enjoyed by the whole family. Thank you!

Great villa, everything for a perfect holiday
