Beautifully located in a peaceful olive grove and surrounded by mature gardens, Villa Oliva is a lovely 4 bedroomed villa with a lovely private swimming pool. Consisting of a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room to relax in comfort.Externally, the large garden, surrounded by olive groves lends itself to outdoor living, with shaded areas outside the house for al fresco dining or relaxing whilst taking in the sumptuous view.
The house is just below the tiny village of Campo, and a few minutes drive from the small town of Gallicano. The ancient and beautiful festival town of Barga can be seen from the house, and it's only a few kilometres drive from the market town of Castelnuovo. The classic "art" city of Lucca is an easy drive, as is Pisa and Florence.

Relaxing week

The photos online don't do the house justice; it is cozy and tastefully furnished, and larger than it looks. The view of the valley from the terrace is stunning! We were there during a heatwave, and the lovely pool—complete with shade from olive trees—was fantastic. The driveway to the property, passing between two buildings, is a bit of an adventure, but our VW Touran fit through easily. A huge thank you to Christina and Mauro, who were always available and incredibly helpful—thank you! In our opinion, Villa Olivi is highly recommended for a truly peaceful and relaxing holiday.

By Kerstin on 12-Jul-2026Dieses Haus ist schöner als die Bilder im Netz zeigen. Die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Drei tolle Bäder. Der Pool herrlich mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit im Baumschatten. Ein wunderschöner Blick ins Tal machen dieses Haus perfekt! Die Betreuung durch Cristina und Mauro war sehr gut. Die Beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar!
