Beautiful tranquil setting
By Christopher mchugh on 21-Aug-2024Mark and Zara are simply awesome!!! We were made to feel incredibly welcome! mark is as helpful as anyone you will meet and Zara is a great host!!! Everyone from the grand parents down to the children had a relaxing fun time!! Although the house would be too big for just myself and my kids I would love one day to return and would highly recommend this property!! Once again a big thanks to you both!!! Xx
Beautiful way to spend mums 80th birthday
By Karen Davies on 29-Sep-2024My extended family and I stayed here for my mothers 80th birthday and we made so many beautiful memories in this gorgeous villa, it was a holiday we will never forget. The location was perfect. Close to Pistoia and easy to get to Florence and beyond. We had a car which made that very easy, and it was lovely not to be in amongst the hussle and bussle of the town.
Wonderful villa in idyllic location
By Siobhan on 07-Aug-2024We stayed at Mark’s villa for 5 nights in August and certainly could have stayed longer. We were two families, each with two adults and two children and there was plenty of space. The pool is fantastic and there is an indoor games room with table tennis. We loved the garden, and the kids particularly enjoyed hunting for lizards. The beds were comfortable and there was a spacious upstairs living room. The villa is well-located, and it’s easy to get into the nearby villages for shopping (though you need a car), nearby Pistoia is a lovely town, and Florence is easy to get to. Mark was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely return in the future.
Lovely getaway for family
By VRBO on 24-Sep-2019Love this property! Quiet, clean, comfortable for a family and the pool was a bonus. Close enough to train for travel to Florence and even Cinque Terre. Grocery shopping and restaurants all fairly close by and make sure you have a car. Mark is a great host with lots of tips for your trip!
