Description
Casa Alta in Binibeca Vell, Tourist Licence approved.An individual stunning modern villa built by the current owners. There are 4 bedrooms all ensuite, sea views, ducted air-con/heating (whole house), pool heating and UK TV channels. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Built with much care and attention to detail and with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Private off street parking.
The front door opens from an impressive in-and-out driveway into a large spacious open plan living and dining room with the kitchen at its heart. The layout gives 2 main bedroom areas, both with a king and a twin bedroom. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. This makes the villa very suitable for 2 families seeking a sociable living space but privacy also. A ninth person can be accommodated on a fold out bed. The garden has a electrically heated 8m by 4m swimming pool, outdoor covered sofa seating, table and chairs and a generous barbecue.
The villa's location at the highest point of Binibeca Vell affords splendid views over sea and countryside from all areas of the villa and garden. Binibeca Vell is situated in the south east corner of the island, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a popular family location, consisting mainly of white washed villas with a beautiful sandy beach nearby.
There is an excellent selection of restaurants and several minimarkets in the traffic free Fishing Village, just 5 minutes walk away. The "Pueblo des Pescadores" or Fishing Village is one of Menorca's most popular visitor attractions. The Little Train will take you along the south east coast right up to Punta Prims so no need for car hire. The local bus service to Mahon and rest of the island is also cheap and reliable.

A Dream Villa
By John on 25-Oct-2025Our family love Binibeca and we chose Casa Alta on this occasion mainly because we were holidaying in October and wanted a heated pool. However, although this was a huge asset, the villa has so many other fantastic facilities that it was just perfect for us in every possible way. Large bedrooms, all having en-suites, a well appointed kitchen, spacious internal and external dining areas, massive lounge, lovely outside terrace - the list goes on and on! Maxine responded promptly to all our queries and could not have been more helpful and her representatives on the island were also easy to deal with. All our family holidays in 2026 have already been arranged but we are delighted to have been able to book to return to Casa Alta in the May 2027 half-term.
The most fabulous week

Everything you need for the best holiday is provided, from its stunning views, gorgeous decor and beautiful gardens to its home comforts, facilities and wealth of information on the local area. Everything is well thought out and positioned with so many great touches including amazing communal areas for all the family but also little secluded private escapes. The pool area is just right and perfect for family fun. Maxine was on hand for any questions and helpful throughout. Can’t wait to return and can’t recommend enough.
The most amazing Villa!

The rooms are a lovely size and with all en suites what more could you want! Amazing communication and attentiveness when experiencing a small water issue, this was fixed the same day! Thank you so much, we are missing the villa already and will definitely be back.

Great stay in beautiful villa
By Claire Lock on 21-Jul-2025We loved our stay in Casa Alta. The villa was beautifully clean and well equipped- lots of extras that made it feel like a home from home. Maxine was super helpful at responding to any queries we had. There was plenty of outdoor space for all the family and we enjoyed dinners al fresco at the villa as well as eating out at some of the local restaurants. We hope to return with the family again soon.
A fabulous, beautiful Villa
By Chris on 09-Sep-2024We have been regular visitors to Menorca for nearly 30 years, having stayed in many villas during that time, we are so pleased to have found this beautiful gem. Both stylish and modern, the villa is set amongst beautiful gardens with all amenities needed and more. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything including a separate wine / beer fridge. The first floor terrace is a spacious place to sit to look out towards the sea and we loved relaxing every evening before dinner, with a sun-downer whilst enjoying the views of the spectacular sunsets. The shared spaces offer lots of different places to sit and relax or socialise, both inside and outside during the day and evening. Full Sky tv with sports channels whilst not essential, was a bonus for one of our party! Both Maxine and the property maintenance manager were really helpful with a couple of queries during our stay which was much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much, we have not hesitated to book another 2 weeks in 2025 and can’t wait to return. Thank you Maxine for a fabulous holiday! 💯❤️🐝
