Luxury self catered standalone chalet with Hot Tub, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 5 people. Idyllic location, ski in from the Pleney and only 10 minutes walk into town. Plenty of space and a stunning garden with outdoor hot tub, stunning mountain views and large deck. Fabulous choice for summer to enjoy the garden swings and lawned area. Petit Farmhouse has a BBQ in summer as well.
The chalet is approx 10 minutes walk to central Morzine and the Pleney lift and within very easy reach of all the bars and restaurants and ski lifts. The nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk and the chalet is also ski to door from the “return to Morzine piste” when coming via the Nyon sector.
The Petit Farmhouse is a property full of character and traditional quirky features. We have combined original Savoyard style with contemporary furnishings to provide you with comfortable, yet authentic surroundings. Couple this with some beautiful “shabby chic” style furniture and kitsch Stag Heads and Antlers and you get a lovely home from home. There are some nice modern touches like super large corner sofa, Bose iPod Dock, large flatscreen TV with UK Satellite TV, Nintendo Wii and Free WiFi.
There is a dining space featuring traditional farmhouse style dining table with plenty of space for 6 people. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. The Petit Farmhouse also benefits from a separate utility space with washing machine and tumble drier, boot room with electric boot driers and ski racks.
The master bedroom has three beds which can be configured as a triple or super king double with daybed or single bed – great if you have kids or teenagers or simply a group of single adults. This room has a small en-suite with walk in power shower, WC and sink unit with storage. The second bedroom can also be configured as a twin or super king sized double with no gaps (we use luxury double mattress pad toppers). This makes use of a large separate family bathroom with full size bath, separate walk in power shower, large sink unit with modern storage and heated towel rail. We use MALIN+GOETZ Toiletries and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags. We can also arrange for “gourmet meals on wheels” and add-on grocery shopping packs to be delivered to your apartment.
