3 Reviews Reviews 5/5 Great Villa Great Value 5/5 Stayed Jul 2016 Derek M. Had many a family holiday in many a Villa on the Algave and rate this as one of the better one's we've had. The listing description of the villa and photos are accurate . With its large garden there is plenty of room for kids to play and has a great size pool, Its location just off the M526 is in a quiet cul-de-sac on outskirts of Albufeira, there are not many local shops but Albufeira centre with all its ammenities is only 10 minutes away by car. Communications with Maria the manager and Albertina the house keeper were excellent anything you needed to know you just had to ask. Would definitely consider going back with the family again in the future. We had a great time here. Five adults, four kids (ranging from 2yrs to 11yrs). Beautiful big expansive mature garden, great big pool (12m) . The house was very comfortable, all the beds were comfortable, we all slept well. The location is good, all local amenities are a short car ride away. The estate that the villa is located in, has obviously fallen on hard times in that there was a lot of derelict properties in the area , but that shouldn't bother anybody , as it just meant it was very very quite and pleasantly secluded. I'd recommend the villa for famlies. If you have young kids who can't swim, you need to keep an eye on them near the pool. Having said that if there was a gate barrier around the pool, I think it would ruin the whole enjoyment of the place. On the down side: I wish the welcome book at the villa was more up-to-date, and had more info about the area (like best place to buy fish/ best restaurants/special secluded beaches away from the madding crowd / where local markets are & when etc...). Also it could do with wifi, and a decent stereo that actually played CD's or had an iphone/ipod dock. Finally with such a beautiful garden its a shame that there wasn't a few large hammocks hanging from a few of the large trees.....but if there were I probably wouldn't have left!! Gavalor.Dublin. Excelente casa, proporcionaram-nos uma férias muito agradáveis. Éramos 4 famílias, 11 pessoas no total, costumamos passar férias todos juntos no Algarve e esta terá sido a melhor casa onde estivemos até agora. Bem situada, a 10 min de carro das melhores praias, a casa está equipada com todos os equipamentos e utensílios importantes, como sejam os grandes e pequenos eletrodomésticos, ventoinhas para os quartos, louça em abundância, mesas e cadeiras adequadas e suficientes, etc. O espaço exterior é fantástico, uma piscina de dimensão apreciável rodeada por uma relva que onde só nos apetecia ficar quase até à noite. Parabéns ao proprietário e obrigado pelas férias que nos proporcionaram. Vamos voltar seguramente!!!
