Top floor master bedroom has it's own outdoor terrace, indoor sitting room and breathtaking views. Ground floor has 2 covered patios, with traditional limestone arches restored to their original state. Large shaded areas are perfect for escaping from the midday sun to enjoy a relaxing siesta or a well-ventilated BBQ. Suitable also for keeping an eye on young children whilst keeping them out of the sun. Villa is full of character with large, cool, covered patios on two levels, from which to flop into the pool or sit out, eating and drinking in the warm Mediterranean evenings. Ideal villa for our stay
By Sophie Pemberton on 01-Jul-2025Really enjoyed our stay. Table tennis table was a hit. Pool was perfect. Villa was clean. Beach and house towels were provided. The whole family relaxed, ate well and we all hope to go back one day soon. Ramon was great to deal with, provided receipts for payments and we had the details of the housekeeper on the island we could talk to if anything was needed.

Fantastic stay in this Villa

Great to have both bath & beach towels. The sunrises & sunsets were truly stunning making the location even more special. Overall a fabulously managed place that made our stay relaxing and memorable.

It’s beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The setting is stunning—peaceful, private, and perfectly positioned to enjoy Menorca at its best. The outdoor areas are a real highlight: gorgeous views, plenty of space to relax, and a pool that we never wanted to leave. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. Inside, the villa is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home rather than just a holiday rental. Every detail has clearly been considered, which made our stay effortless and stress-free. Villa Tramontana was the perfect base for our Menorca holiday, and we left already talking about when we can come back. An exceptional property in a beautiful location—highly recommended. Added benefit of a local housekeeper that we could call if anything needed.
