Description
A really lovely villa located in the prestigious Marcolina urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views. Alcossebre has fantastic beaches and has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. Peniscola, with its walled old town and markets is about 25 minutes away.The Villa has a large swimming pool which is on the same level as the ground floor of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom.
The two double bedrooms on the first floor have AC
The two twin bedrooms have fans.
In addition there is a kitchen, lounge, dining room and library.
There is also a free wifi connection .
The Villa is close to the Village but due to its elevated position are car is needed.
Access to the Villa is via the drive with 12 steps or from the road with 48 steps. It is not suitable for people with a disability.
