Description
This beautiful detached 3-bedroom villa, overlooking La Marina in a peaceful and private setting, is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday.Located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and banks, the villa offers convenience as well as comfort. A stunning Blue Flag beach—with free parking and plenty of beachfront dining options—is just a 10-minute drive away.
The villa is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with air conditioning throughout. The Villa is our family holiday home and has been successfully rented for the past ten years. It is very popular with returning guests who love the location and the excellent facilities. Alicante Airport is just 20 minutes away.
Golf enthusiasts have several excellent courses nearby, including Ciudad Quesada, Villamartin, and Royal Campoamor, all within a 30-minute drive. Families will appreciate the two local sports centres featuring large pools and amusements for children. Supermarkets such as Iceland, Lidl, and Mercadona are only a 5-minute drive, with Consume conveniently within walking distance.
Outside, the villa features a spacious terrace and patio that wrap around the 8m x 4m private pool, complete with a built-in BBQ. The garden is surrounded by colourful blooms, palms, and hedging, creating a peaceful and private outdoor space. Additional amenities include garden furniture, a driveway for one car, and a large furnished terrace ideal for entertaining. A travel cot, buggy, and highchair are also provided for families with young children.
Prices range from £1,050 to £1,260 per week (prices vary depending on time of year).

A non-returnable £100 deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment due 8 weeks before arrival, plus a £200 refundable security bond. Security bond will be refunded once the villa has been inspected after your departure, subject to there being no damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required.
On arrival, €70 is payable to Dawn for key handover, departure cleaning, and 24/7 local support during your stay.
Please note: No arrivals are permitted after 20:00, as the office closes at that time and reopens at 07:30.

By on 15-Aug-2013we have been to Spain numerous times and stayed in some lovely apartments and villas. last year we stayed La Siesta in a superb villa. didnt think anything or any area could beat this but the villa owned by Brian and Angie Trend in La Marina area totally blew last years out of the water. outside area perfect for myself wife mother in law friend my 2 kids and our god daughter. the inside was gorgeous. well clean and tidy and very high standard of decor rooms. the area which held a free music festival for all residents and holiday makers was amazing. tribute bands galore one direction girls aloud michael jackson queen pink floyd lady gaga and many more. car not required if you just want to eat and drink close by and i mean very close. car defo needed to go to water parks although Dave Coach trips was reasonably price. overall 10 out of 10 for everything. many thanks Brian and Angie for allowing us to use your villa and we will be defo booking again for sure.
Great Hols
By Dan on 30-Aug-2013This property was a delightfull place to stay sitting on the veranda looking at the view and with nearly always a breeze which is great in August as it can be very hot. The owners description for finding the place was spot on,he provided a map and phone no.to call on arrival at Allicante air port,20-30 minute drive and we were met at the villa and shown around The attention from the owners was excellent both before and during the stay by email and phone which makes this a very easy rental. The property discription ie facilities and lay out is accurate and the place is superbly equiped.I would happily return and would not hesitate to recommend this property.The location is fine but would recommend a car if you want to visit the beach and local larger towns, though not essential if you are happy to stay locally There are super markets and restaurants and various other shops within 5 min walk and lots of others within half hour walk. There are great beaches within 10-15 min drive and a real Spanish feel to the area.
Villa in La Marina
By Audrey on 04-Sep-2013We have just returned from a lovely trip to La Marina in Spain. The villa was just as described. It was very clean, light and airy. The owners had thought of everything you could possibly need. The villa was very close to bars, eating and entertainment - but not too close that it was noisy. We were impressed by the closeness as sometimes you are told shops / bars are a couple of minutes walk and when you get there its more like 10 minutes ! There was also a good supermarket a few minutes walk away. It took about 25 minutes to drive from Alicante Airport and was very easy to find. I would definitly recommend this villa to friends and family. The owners were very nice to deal with aswell.

By Jo on 30-Sep-2013this was a fantastic villa , that had everything you could ask for. Very clean and tidy was a home from home. The swimming pool was lovely and a good size and it was nice just to chill out on the swing chair in the sun. location was great for bars and food, and also a supermarket. Must also say that dawn and andy were most helpful, with local information and easy hire of car. Would highly recommend this villa and would go back again.
Great Stress Free Holiday

Everything you could wish for in a stress free holiday, the villa was clean and comfortable with all the necessary ingredients for a great holiday, you could see it was well looked after as soon as we arrived. Great private location, straight forward 30 minute run from airport. Shops/supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc all within a 5 minute walking distance, excellent beaches and seafront walks and restaurants only 10 drive minutes away. Brian/Angie and not forgetting Dawn were all very helpful with great communication from time of booking to return. We will return to this lovely villa.
The best villa we have stayed in
By on 17-Dec-2013We stayed at this superb villa for 9 days from 20 to 29 October 2013 and recommend it highly to anyone considering it for a holiday. It is immaculate, comfortable, spacious, in a good area - quiet but near enough to walk to local shops, bars and restaurants - and there is even a buggy available which we found very useful for our young daughter. Customer service is first class - the owner couldn't be more helpful - and the amenities and facilities are perfect. We shall certainly be booking it again for next year and will be recommending to our family and friends.
