This is a large family house, been loved and lived in, and now it would be nice for other people to enjoy it the same as we have. From the two bedrooms upstairs, both have mini bars, on the top floor, the master bedroom en suit is to die for, adjacent to bedroom 2 is a large modern shower room with multi jet shower, From these 2 bedrooms there is a large balcony with facilities to sunbathe overlooking the salt lakes and a slight view of the sea. Large family suit with en suit bathroom, 1 double and 2 single beds, 55 inch flat screen. A single room with en suite shower room. DVD, WI-FI .Satellite TV showing every sports event, movie, sky and UK TV channels and more,very large ,fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could wish for in a kitchen utensils, micro, large family oven, dishwasher,kettle,toaster,coffee machine 5 ring electric hob, with griddle, this leads out to the bar and BBQ area, adjoining the kitchen is the utility room with american style fridge , washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, all granite work surfaces, Italian marble wall tiled and hand made tiled floor, dinning room, very large lounge tastefully furnished, with sofa seating for 8 persons, crystal chandeliers , rustic design conservatory seating 10 people, overlooking the pool and gardens with a 48 inch smart TV DVD . The separate self contained apartment with kitchenette double ,1 bedroom, sofa bed
and bath room. Directly overlooking the pool and gardens. Full local assistance. Total seclusion. Ideal for adult or family parties of guests. .
I always ask our guests as they depart if there was anything else we could put in the villa to improve it, and the answer always come back the same,' its perfect

Rick and Lisa were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend for a villa holiday. Thank you Rick and Lisa. Many memories made at this superb place.
Fabulous place to stay
By Carol Griffiths & family on 16-Aug-2025We were three families from ages 8,9,14, 15, 19, 40 & 70. We all had a great time from the pool, which was large & clean to the games where the younger ones learned to play darts & pool. The hot tub was great to cool off & then there’s the bar area. We spent a lot of time in this area from having food, to just a nice drink. The inside of the villa is just lovely with plenty of areas to just sit & read or play games. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you could need air fryer, toaster, waffle, kettle, large oven & range. There are so many fridges I think 5 with an American fridge freezer in the utility room. Beach towels just everything. Love it

Didn't want for anything
By Keith Allen on 02-Aug-2025We arrived early so the transfer took us to Quesada mini golf where we were met by Rick.. He persuaded the driver to take our cases to the villa, whilst he and I followed in his car. The rest of our party stayed and enjoyed a free game of mini golf. When the villa was ready Rick ferried us in groups back to the villa pointing out places of interest and places to eat. He then picked the rest of our party up from the supermarket and took them and the shopping back to the villa. He then left us his car to use as he lives locally. Nothing is too much trouble and nothing was wanting in the villa. We couldn't have asked for a better villa or better host. Would definitely recommend. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, but a car would be essential if you want to go further afield.

He helped us all the time and he drove us to his mini golf, and to the hairdresser . The Villa is huge and have everything you can ask for. Big thanks to Rick and Lisa. See you next time

Fantastic villa, everything you could need with the best owners!
By Cloe Morgan on 31-May-2025We have just got back from a 2 week stay in this fantastic villa. We stayed as 3 families of 4 in this spacious villa and didn't feel on top of each other at all. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed to ensure a fantastic stay. With 6 kids, we wanted to ensure they were occupied and so the games room and hot tub were perfect for them, as well as the pool. The villa also has lots of board games, a Wi and fire stick which kept them occupied in the evenings. Rick and Lisa were absolutely amazing, from taking us to the shop when we first arrived, and dropping us out for food to letting us borrow their car for a few days. We have stayed in many villas/air bnbs and have never had such attentive owners. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is very well thought out, with the top two bedrooms having a fridge in the wardrobes and a balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the flamingos/salt lakes. The outhouse is great too, with its own self contained kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area with Consum a 10 minute walk away. There are nice bars/restaurants (Antica Italian, Coopers and La Vida) a 10 minute walk. The main street of shops/restaurants is around a half hour walk. We would recommend Patagonia Grill house for food. We didn't originally hire cars and used Rick and Lisa's recommendation for airport transfers. We decided to do a 3 day car hire with Quesada car hire whilst there which was very reasonable. With the cars we did say trips to Torrevieja and Aquapolis Torrevieja. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return one day.
Great Villa and wonderful Hosts
By Chris on 10-Aug-2024We just returned after spending two great weeks at the villa. We were 3 families totalling 11 people and the villa gives so much space for everyone. Lisa and Rick are great hosts who were so helpful from the moment of first enquiry through to the final minute of our holiday. This villa offers so much including a great swimming pool, pool and snooker tables along with a great outdoor Bar and BBQ area. We would highly recommend this villa and big thanks to Lisa and Rick for a great holiday.
