Six bedrooms with 2 upstairs and 4 downstairs. Two en-suites and 3 other shower/WC rooms in the villa. There is also a separate gym, poolside kitchen, WC and shower.

Large 9 x 4.5 m swimming pool which can be heated out of summer season at extra cost.

There is an additional camp bed and single mattress to accommodate extra children either sharing with parents or sharing with friends in the children's rooms.

As you head down into the garden there is a gymnasium with two multi gyms, free weights and a punch bag.

Baby sitters and chefs can normally be arranged as well as specialist cake makers and hairdressers to make an event or occasion extra special. Notice required.

Best features: The view, the amazing night sky, the space around the villa to be with the group or have some private time, close to the beach and promenade with its bars and restaurants and good nightlife.

Please note there are approximately 40 steps from the front door to get down to the pool. This is because the house is on a hill hence the amazing views and therefore the road down to the beach is steep. We always recommend hiring a car because the nearest supermarket is about half a mile away and also older people/parents with buggies may find the hill difficult to walk up. There is normally plenty of available free parking at the bottom of the hill if you just want to use the car to avoid the walk back up.

Always buy holiday insurance to protect against holiday curtailment, cancellation, accident or illness, as the owners cannot be responsible for events outside of their control. Amenities and facilities can change, without notice, at the discretion of the owners. Surcharges will be applied when only parts of a week are required and they are the weekends.
