Half Price Opportunity Villa Lemon Grove AN17: From the 30th August 25 until the 30th May 26, a discount of 50% from our published rates is available for parties of four guests or less.Charming 4-bedroom Spanish villa in Mallorca. Enjoy a private pool, quiet location, and easy access to Port Andratx, beaches, and golf set in extensive grounds with a large private pool. Villa Lemon Grove has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The villa is located on a quiet back road on the outskirts of Port Andratx. The Port is a couple of minutes drive away, or an easy 15/20 minute walk. There are sandy beaches, places of interest and golf courses all within a short drive.
Villa Lemon Grove is on a 12,000 sq.mtr plot. The grounds are maintained beautifully and are surrounded by Lemon trees and established native plants.
The large pool, approximately 5 x 10 mtrs is located at the bottom of the garden where you'll also find a covered rustic pool bar, changing room, shower, toilet and barbecue area.
There are several outdoor seating areas, both covered and open set among the fruit trees. The property is secure with an electronic entrance gate and the villa is set well back from the road.

The property features a total of four bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with private terrace access and a twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: a twin and a double. Both upstairs bedrooms offer a small terrace with breath taking views of the pool and surrounding garden. For convenience, the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
Port Andratx offers a delightful blend of traditional Mallorcan charm and modern amenities. Simmonds on 01-Aug-2025I have to say that we stayed here earlier in the year my word, it is absolutely GORGEOUS We were so well looked after by South West Mallorca I would highly recommend Villa Lemon Grove - it is absolutely beautiful perfect with a short walk into Port Andratx The South West Mallorca teams recommendations were excellent we had fabulous meals in restaurants that you probably wouldnt find independently Honestly, I have no hesitation in recommending this company or this villa
Lovely villa, spacious grounds.

Jane and Graham were extremely nice people and made sure we were looked after well. We look forward to returning to Lemon Villa and would recommend it to other families.
Perfect fortnight
By Alan on 30-Oct-2022I stopped at Lemon Grove with two friends and took advantage of the excellent discount for smaller parties that was available at the time. The villa is large and well laid out and is situated in spacious and beautiful gardens. There are plenty of places to sit, relax or sunbathe and the pool (unheated) was great for a dip. Indeed, as we were lucky with the weather, we rarely spent time indoors. The place is a well looked after, and there are people living at the top of the (long) drive who tend to the pool and gardens, who were always quick to help or offer advice. They were also respectful of privacy and always mentioned when they would be coming to the villa. The three main bedrooms are great with access from each to the patio or their own private balconies. The two main bathrooms are spacious with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack of essentials was certainly appreciated. Location-wise it took us around 25 minutes along the back road to walk to the port which has many great restaurants and bars. The restaurant Oliu is 5 minutes walk and is great for a more “up-market” meal. We didn’t bother with a car and relied on local taxis to ferry shopping or get us home later at night (NB: the taxis rank is empty at lunch time!!). All in all we had a great fortnight in this wonderful villa doing very little…
Fabulous Villa
By Lee on 17-Jul-2022This is a fabulous Villa. We booked it for a week to spend some quality time as a family (a mum, dad, 3 kids 12,16,18 and 2x grandparents and we had an amazing time. The house has everything you would want and is very homely. The outside area is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and pool area is perfect and made the kids holiday. Debbie and her team at SW Mallorca were so responsive and helpful and Jane who look after the property and her husband couldn’t have been anymore accommodating and helpful, they were lovely. We didn’t have a car but could walk into the town in an easy 30 minutes and there is a bus stop 10 mins walk where there are regular buses that you can catch a bus to anywhere. We hope to return again soon.

Excellent for families
By CP FAMILY on 29-Aug-2017A charming villa,full of character. It feels like a real home and the gardens are lovely. All the rooms were comfortable and the layout worked really well for two families. The pool area was charming and the lemon trees, of course, were a defining feature. Overall we had a lovely stay and thought the area around Port Andratx was stunning. Would highly recommend the villa for families.
