A beautiful Spanish style private holiday Finca in Mallorca,  set in extensive grounds with a large private pool. Villa Lemon Grove has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.  The villa is located on a quiet back road on the outskirts of Port Andratx. The Port is a couple of minutes drive away, or an easy 15/20 minute walk. There are sandy beaches, places of interest and golf courses all within a short drive.

Villa Lemon Grove is on a 12,000 sq.mtr plot.  The grounds are maintained beautifully and  are surrounded by Lemon trees and  established native plants.
The large pool,  approximately 5 x 10 mtrs is located at the bottom of the garden where you'll also find a covered rustic pool bar, changing room, shower, toilet and barbecue area.
There are several outdoor seating areas, both covered and open set among the fruit trees. The property is secure with an electronic entrance gate and the villa is set well back from the road.

The indoor living space is made up of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area, there are bi-folding doors to open the space right up and allow easy access to the terrace areas. There is a TV with Sky satellite channels. The villa also has a wireless internet connection.

Outside the double French doors is a large terrace area and covered bar, with soft seating and table for al fresco dining.

The country kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large gas oven and hob and all necessary crockery and cutlery. There is a separate outdoor utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

There are 2  bedrooms on the ground floor one double with terrace access and one twin, both have en-suite bathrooms, upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, both bedrooms have a small terrace area with stunning views over the pool/garden area, the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. 

The resort of Port Andratx, Mallorca has plenty to offer whilst keeping traditional Mallorcan charm.  There is a fantastic marina and exclusive shops bars and restaurants.  Golfers will be happy with the 18 hole golf course at Golf de Andratx.

There is a small beach in Port Andratx, but if you like relaxing on sumptuous sands, there is a white sandy coved beach at Camp De Mar which is around a 5 minute drive away

For those looking for a more tranquil experience look no further that the Gran Folies Beach club, with private Bali sunbeds on offer, you can wine and dine with all the fabulous people in this amazing resort.  Andratx town also has a market every Wednesday morning, with choices of local fruit, veg and dairy products as well as locally produced arts and crafts, perfect for holiday shopping!

Being outdoors is what it is all about at Villa Lemon Grove, enjoy pretty grounds in your private garden, relax around the 5 x 10 mtr pool whilst the children have fun exploring. Sample the fresh Lemons off the trees ( they go very well with a Gin & Tonic! ) The outdoor area of this villa is superb and offers shaded area and a BBQ to enjoy a freshly cooked meal with friend and family. There is plenty of parking available. The area and access to the villa are flat so suitable for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties.

Perfect fortnight

I stopped at Lemon Grove with two friends and took advantage of the excellent discount for smaller parties that was available at the time. The villa is large and well laid out and is situated in spacious and beautiful gardens. There are plenty of places to sit, relax or sunbathe and the pool (unheated) was great for a dip. Indeed, as we were lucky with the weather, we rarely spent time indoors. The place is a well looked after, and there are people living at the top of the (long) drive who tend to the pool and gardens, who were always quick to help or offer advice. They were also respectful of privacy and always mentioned when they would be coming to the villa. The three main bedrooms are great with access from each to the patio or their own private balconies. The two main bathrooms are spacious with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack of essentials was certainly appreciated. Location-wise it took us around 25 minutes along the back road to walk to the port which has many great restaurants and bars. The restaurant Oliu is 5 minutes walk and is great for a more “up-market” meal. We didn’t bother with a car and relied on local taxis to ferry shopping or get us home later at night (NB: the taxis rank is empty at lunch time!!). All in all we had a great fortnight in this wonderful villa doing very little…

Fabulous Villa

This is a fabulous Villa. We booked it for a week to spend some quality time as a family (a mum, dad, 3 kids 12,16,18 and 2x grandparents and we had an amazing time. The house has everything you would want and is very homely. The outside area is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and pool area is perfect and made the kids holiday. Debbie and her team at SW Mallorca were so responsive and helpful and Jane who look after the property and her husband couldn’t have been anymore accommodating and helpful, they were lovely. We didn’t have a car but could walk into the town in an easy 30 minutes and there is a bus stop 10 mins walk where there are regular buses that you can catch a bus to anywhere. We hope to return again soon.

What a stunning villa and it looks better than the pictures. A special thanks to Debbie and the team for organising a stress free holiday at short notice. Booking was easy and all my questions were answered before we left. Definitely a hidden gem.
