With a land area of 1.814m, and living space of 740m2 Villa Coral is exceptionally spacious and has 5 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, sleeping 8 clients comfortably. The villa is fully air conditioned with fibre optic broadband.

At entrance level there is a double living room with feature fireplaces. Ample seating options are available for all the family. High ceilings with exposed beams, wooden floors, soft lighting and tasteful décor add to the character and atmosphere of this space.

The fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar is finished to a high specification. You will also find a large dining area with table here and doors leading out to the gardens and pool. A large balcony on this level enables you to absorb the fantastic views and look out over the pool and garden areas.

On the lower level you will find the bedrooms, all have king beds. A large master family suite complete with Jacuzzi bath, walk in wardrobe and seating area, with access to the pool terrace, there is no door on the main master bedroom which has a further bedroom opposite it, screens can be provided for privacy but is ideal for a family. All rooms are generous in size, are all en-suite and decorated to a high standard. One of the rooms has floor to ceiling windows showing an exposed stone wall. All rooms are tranquil and light thanks to doors leading to the impressive outdoor space.

Framed by natural plants and palm trees, the private garden and pool area is well established and offers established ground and complete tranquillity. The area oozes luxury and comes complete with comfortable sunbeds, set in a prime position to enjoy the breath-taking sea views. The pool is 10 x 5m has a water feature which is a welcome relief to the warm Mallorcan sunshine. There is ample space around the pool area to sit and relax. A good d dining table with umbrella for shade is perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating for the cooler months. Good parking facilities and an excellent security surveillance system gives peace of mind.

Villa Coral is situated in Port Andratx,Palma airport is approx. 30- 40 mins drive, this is an upmarket resort with quality restaurants and bars.
The area is fantastic for boating, diving, snorkeling and all water sports with chartering available in the port. The area is renowned for hiking and cycling. There are plentiful shops and boutiques. Villa Coral is 2 minutes by car to the fabulous beach club "Gran Folies" - which offers an excellent restaurant.

The beach in Port Andratx is very small, but there are many others in the area the nearest being Camp de Mar 5- 10 mins drive, larger, developed, sandy beaches are within easy reach and a short 15 minute drive away, include Peguera, Santa Ponsa. A few minutes from the port along the coast is the famous St Elmo beach which is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Other options for beach lovers are Portals Vells, Illetes & Cala Fornells .

There are plentiful prestigious golf courses nearby in Camp De Mar , Golf De Andratx is just 10 minutes drive away , and within 15 -20 minutes drive you have Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, plus Son Vida .
