Description
Casa Flores is a beautiful Andalusian style villa with mountain views is located 5 minutes from the centre of Arboleas and situated within a large walled and gated garden with a selection of fruit trees for guests use when in season. Roman steps lead into a gloriously heated 8 x 4 private swimming pool which has been fully renovated March 2022 with an outdoor solar heated shower and is totally restricted from public view. There is a covered terraced dining area with barbecue and 8 seater table and luxurious cushioned recliner chairs and sun loungers benefiting from all day sun. All 4 bedrooms one of which is en-suite have air conditioning and fans. There is also a large separate bathroom with shower and bath. The Lounge, dining room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining and come complete with air conditioning and fans, the annex is self contained with 1 double bed and is available when the extra space is required, an additional cost is applied for the use of the annex. Arboleas is a few minutes from the villa where you can find local bars and places to eat, post office and shops. Albox is a 10 minute drive away where there is a wider selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The coast of Vera and Mojacar are 35 minutes away where you will find fantastic beaches, a vibrant mix of bars shops and restaurants. There is a wide range of attractions which include several golf courses including the renowned Desert Springs golf course, water parks, fiestas and markets, ancient villages are also to be found. By Debbie and Alan on 06-Sep-2025Lovely villa in a very quiet and relaxing location. It's close to the motorway, local supermarkets and some great restaurants. It was definitely a comfortable home for us for 4 weeks in September. It had everything we needed and lots more. Karen, the keyholder, met us at the villa for a quick handover as promised. Paul, the pool cleaner, was a good laugh and full of lots of useful local knowledge. We've already booked for next year and cannot wait to return. Many thanks to Sam and Fay - you've got a fabulous property
A lovely holiday home with fantastic outside space
By Tracy & Paul on 01-Aug-2025We really enjoyed 3 weeks at this great property that had everything we could have needed, was clean and in a lovely quiet area. Definitely needed a car which was fine for us and, due to the very handy car port, kept cool. The front garden area was very attractive but the outside space at the back is fabulous! Very comfortable/modern sun loungers (a rarity), table/seating and great pool area. Communications with the owner (Sam) and manager (Karen) was fab - very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!
what a villa.
By angela brown on 15-Jul-2025we loved everything aboutthis property. my husband and i stayed in the annex whilst daughter her partner and children stayed in main property. Everything you could possibly need was catered for , from plates to cutlery even a good selection of kitchen equipment. pool was great . the grandchildren really had lots of fun and some marvelous memories were made. would reccommend to anyone to visit. Karen was very helpful. Even the pool man suggested places to visit 10/10
Lovely stay for our property hunt
By Justine on 01-May-2025We were lucky enough to find this villa to stay at whilst we were in Arboleas property hunting. Communication with the owners and Karen who looks after the property was brilliant - thank you. The villa and garden is beautiful. It’s well clean, appointed and everything we could have needed was thought of and available throughout the villa from kitchen equipment, garden cushions, towels, outside and inside glasses and crockery etc etc. Karen was amazing and even went to the shop for us before we arrived for basic supplies. We had a wonderful stay (albeit the weather tried to ruin it?) We would happily stay again (but hope we will have our own property next time!) Highly recommended.
1 weeks stay in Arboleas

Karen couldn't be anymore welcoming and helpful,she even helped us with something not to do with the villa. The villa itself is beautiful.Equipped with everything needed and the pool was lovely and warm.We would definitely stay here again.I would like to say a massive thanks to Sam and Karen for making our stay a great experience.
What an amazing stay
By Paul on 12-Aug-2024So this is me writing a late review. But we stayed here with my family and couple of friends. It was such a lovely villa, comms were great with the owners. Villa was very clean, everything you need is there at hand. very close to walk to some restaurants for all different tastes. Not to far from the coast either. We would highly recommend this villa and area. we would also love to come back
