Description
Arenal d’en Castell is located on the northeast coast of the island. The resort offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance from the house. The beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear waters is a 5-minute walk away and is ideal for families with young children. Other north coast beaches (Binimelá, Cavallería, Playas de Fornells), south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) and the capital town Mahon, can all be reached within 20 minutes by car.This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor, connected to the lounge, there are two balconies. The north-facing balcony boasts beautiful sea views and is furnished with bar stools and table, and the south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the sun or shade.
The house has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Ground floor: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with bunk-beds which is accessed through the master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
First floor: lounge/dining room with access to the balconies, small kitchen and shower room.
Please note that the apartment is located in a resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.

Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
COVID-19 Conditions: In the case that guests have to cancel their stay due to lockdown travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, the full amount paid will be transferred to alternative dates.

Apartamento muy grande
By Daniel on 16-Sep-2021Apartamento muy grande y cerca de la playa, tiene camas de sobra para pasarlo con amigos o familia y esta full equipado. Translation Very large apartment and close to the beach, it has plenty of beds to spend with friends or family and it is fully equipped.
We would recommend the property and the resort to friends.

The only criticisms were the things that you will be seeing to in the future - lack of wardrobe space in main bedroom and cooking facilities. We loved the house and thought your information literature was very helpful, particularly your restaurant recommendations. The three bathrooms were very handy though the shower in the smallest bathroom didn't work properly. We would recommend the property and the resort to friends. Thank you so much.
8th Stay at Arenal
By Mike ,Adele & Jenna on 09-Sep-2017This was our eighth stay at Arenal, the first at this apartment. The property is in a great location, very central with wonderful views. We have stayed at properties on the beach front before but for those who like to hire a car it can sometimes be a struggle to find a parking space in the height of the season. This property comes with the added bonus of private parking spaces directly in front , off the road. The property itself is clean and spacious with ample areas to sit out front and back. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay and supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk. Finally, it was a pleasure to deal with the owners who checked in with us, via text, at the start of our stay to make sure everything was ok and were only too happy for us to contact them if needed. Wonderful stay at a lovely property. Would not hesitate to recommend and we hope to return in the future.
