Description
Cozy Andalusian villa with private pool. Up to 10PAXVilla Apolonia is a 15 year old construction located in Playa de los Alemanes on a 2,500 m2 plot. With an Andalusian-style architectural design, it has been modernized with a lot of care and is ideal for families who enjoy the sunny and sometimes hot climate of Cadiz .
We access the villa crossing an Andalusian courtyard flanked by semicircular arches supported by columns and from which we must highlight an important fountain that emerges from one of its walls and from which all the rooms are distributed. One of the entrances on the main floor leads to a large hall from which you can access the cosy and well lit living-dining room with large and bright windows and presided over by a large fireplace. From the dining room, you can access directly to the large kitchen, laundry room and pantry, fully equipped. Also on this floor, there is a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom.
On the second floor, from which we access through the main hall, there are two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with en suite bathroom and terrace.
By another access, from the courtyard, we have an apartment totally independent from the house with two bedrooms, one with double bed, a small living room with access to the garden and bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds, and another bathroom.
The outdoor area invites you to relax in its fantastic and well-kept garden with native and tropical vegetation and its pleasant swimming pool. It has garden furniture to enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the coast of Africa and the Strait of Gibraltar.

INCLUDED SERVICES:
- 4 hours of cleaning service.
- Barbecue: The use of the barbecue is free. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. If left dirty, 100 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.
- Wifi.
- Mosquito nets and Fans in all bedrooms and living room.
- No pets are allowed. The villa does not have an air conditioning system.

Sobre todo hemos disfrutado de un maravilloso servicio del equipo de Zahara Villas - siempre atentos, siempre ambles, y solucionando cualquier question o deseo de los clientes.
