Designed with meticulous attention to detail and exquisite taste, each space conveys a great sense of calm and comfort, making it impossible to want to leave the villa.
Upon entering the property, a century-old olive tree welcomes us and distributes the layout of the first floor. To the left, we access the living area bathed in natural light, which is seamlessly divided into a lounge and an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, where two enormous armchairs are the perfect seats for enjoying a movie session.
Continuing through, we reach a spectacular kitchen with breathtaking sea views. Among its features are an induction stove, a wine cellar, a multifunction oven, and a vacuum-sealing module for low-temperature cooking.
A marble island takes center stage in the space and is connected to the perfect dining table for 8 guests. If the weather invites you to have meals outdoors, through the windows surrounding the kitchen, you can access the dining area located on the deck of the pool area.
If we head to the right from the entrance hall, we will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and a freestanding bathtub, as well as a dressing room and access to the garden. Another feature of this section of the property is a workspace, a pleasant office with views that make it difficult to concentrate.
From any of the rooms on this floor, we have access to the garden. An open space characterized by a comfortable covered porch where you can enjoy family gatherings, and above all, its fabulous infinity pool partially surrounded by a deck with comfortable loungers and umbrellas to make the most of sunny days in this paradise.
Back inside, the white staircase with a glass handrail takes us to the resting floor of Villa Entrefaros. The sea views accompany us from the moment we set foot on this second level of the property, both on the terrace to the right and in the hallway that distributes the floor. The entrance hall alone makes spending time in this area of the house appealing, and it leads us to two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to a splendid shared terrace.
If we want to move between the different floors of the property, we have the obvious option of the staircase, but there is also the possibility of doing so through a convenient elevator.
The basement level features one of the many gems of this villa, the gym. A spacious area dedicated to personal care and fully equipped for a complete workout. From treadmills to elliptical machines, rowing machines, stationary bikes, a kinesis system, and an adjustable bench, this space includes TechnoGym machines with individual screens, as well as a complete set of dumbbells and an area for floor exercises such as pilates, yoga, or HIIT, complete with mats and a pilates ball. The gym has a full bathroom and direct access to the garden via a staircase.
On this level of the house, adjacent to the gym, we find a living room with a work area. In this space, two spacious and comfortable sofas can serve as beds for children if necessary and agreed upon in advance.
From the same hallway that leads to the gym and living room, we access the covered garage, which has space to comfortably store 3 vehicles. In the outdoor area of the villa, there is enough space for 2 more vehicles.
On the same floor, we also find the separate laundry room, where a small first aid kit and a semi-automatic defibrillator are located.
The entire property is equipped with home automation for lighting and blinds, although each room has its own individual control. The villa has WiFi, air conditioning (cooling and heating), and underfloor heating. Additionally, there are international plug adapters for added convenience.
The villa rental includes a cleaning service 4 days a week. Initially, it is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, unless changes are made due to staff availability, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
