The basement floor offers a large covered garage with space for four vehicles, as well as a laundry area and fitted wardrobes. You can easily access the other two floors of the villa via an elevator. This level also includes another bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and access to an English patio, making it perfect for families with young children or staff.

The highlight of the property is the roof terrace, complete with an impressive outdoor jacuzzi and stunning views of the sea and mountains.

The outdoor area of the villa, which benefits from mild year-round temperatures, includes a large garden surrounding the entire property, a 15x3m saltwater pool, and a porch with outdoor furniture.
