Description
Set in the stunning Andalusian hills and located in the charming village of Benahavis, this beautiful 3 double bedroom/ 3-bathroom house has its own large private terrace with seating and sunbathing space and access to two outdoor pools and one indoor swimming pool.The villa is located 400 metres from the beautiful village of Benahavis which is renowned for its gastronomy. Known as ´La Sartén de Andalucía´ it is home to a wide variety of restaurants serving the best of traditional and international cooking.
As well as the many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, you will also find supermarkets and a pharmacy in the village. A short drive will take you to the sandy beaches of Marbella and Estepona. Malaga Airport is a 50-minute drive.
The area is perfect for cyclists and trekkers, or for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful countryside and visiting the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Puerto Banús and Estepona.

Fab area

A wonderful place to stay
By Sam Bowler on 22-Aug-2024We had the most wonderful holiday staying at Casa Kennedy. The views are beautiful, waking up in the morning and looking out the balcony was just a treat. The villa itself was perfect for our family of 5. The terrace was a really good size and we enjoyed eating and drinking round the table in the evenings. The pool felt like it was our own private pool - we had it to our selves most times and others, there was only ever one other family/couple. It’s only a short walk into the beautiful village of Benahavis, where they have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We also did the river/canyon walk and that was a highlight for everyone! We hired a car and drove to Ronda, which was defiantly worth the visit. It’s also very close to Estepona and Marbella, we visited both during our stay. In summary this villa ticket all our boxes, it was spacious, well located had a touch of luxury about it. We would absolutely return and I would highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation with amazing views of the mountains!
By Maria on 05-Apr-2024We had the pleasure of staying at “Casa Kennedy” over the Easter break, 2024. We were lucky with the weather. My teenage boys enjoyed the gym whilst we were able to take in the spectacular views when relaxing on the terrace, which was a lovely sun trap. We found Benahavís a very safe place to let the children become a little more independent (socially) with a lovely selection of bars and restaurants and local amenities a short walk away. We found Benahavís to be a picturesque and traditional village with remarkable beauty offering a great base to further explore Marbella. The house really did feel like home from home. Maria had thought of everything. A well equipped kitchen and small touches like a lovely bottle of wine waiting on our arrival! Thank you! Lowe Family xx
