The property incorporates a large private landscaped garden with private swimming pool and barbecue areas
The pool and garden is reserved exclusively for the guests in residence at Villa Una Maria
The outdoor living area is large al fresco dining areas sheltered from the sun by covered terraces and awnings, with views of the pool and landscaped gardens.
There are sea views from the upper terraces and the beautiful beaches are less the eight minutes’ walk away. The award winning Puerto Marina is only a 30 minute walk from the Villa.

Golf
Villa Una Maria is a golfers dream, ideally located close to a wide variety of golf courses including many world famous golfing destinations. The Torrequebrada Golf Club is just five minutes drive from the Villa and there are about forty other golf courses within a thirty to forty minute drive. These include La Cala, Valderrama (host to the Ryder Cup in 1997), Alhaurin and Mijas to name but a few. Golf trips and associated arrangements can easily be arranged, as required.

By Gemma Diggins on 26-Jul-2025We stayed here for a week in August 2025 and what a great villa in a great location. Four families with 9 kids aged 4 to 14 who were kept entertained with the pool table and tennis table. Lee was fantastic and helped with any issue we had, great guy! Always got a quick and helpful response from Gerard. We will definitely return and we have recommended this villa to family & friends. Just a little FYI, the mosquitoes were pretty bad the week we went, not sure if it’s usual for this area or not. There were plugs etc in the villa but we all got bitten lots.

A Perfect Villa
By Dawn H on 06-Jun-2025A perfect Villa 🫶 The villa was so prefect for our stay! We were a group of 4 families…and the layout was great! The pool and garden area was where we spent most time and it was well equipped for the children. Plenty of loungers and two BBQs to use too which was great when dining in. Two large tables and plenty of chairs provided too. Inside the villa the kitchen had everything we needed and nice additional touches like tin foil, dishwasher tablets etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and couldn’t fault it. Location great as the supermarket a few mins walk away and the beach close by too. My favourite local cafe to visit was Meeting Point. Before coming, Gerard, the owner, answered any queries really quickly and helpfully. During our stay the caretaker, Lee, managed the property and was great. Hoping to return next year. Thanks so much.
Fantastic family holiday
By Áine Murphy on 01-May-2025We stayed in Vila Una Maria from 30th of April - 11th of May. We were a group of 20 people ranging from 3 months - 67 years . The villa suited us all, great space both indoors and outdoors. The house was spotless and complementary items were there for our arrival. The area is a residential quiet area. A short walk down the hill to the closest shop but if you continue on just a short walk further there is a bigger better supermarket all within walking distance. Nothing was too much, we had 3 babies for travel cots , there were only 2 available at the property but Lee went and bought a 3rd one that day. Great baby equipment available ( strollers, high chairs) I would recommend to anyone thinking of having a family holiday. It was great. Will definitely come back!

Amazing Villa
By Adam Hofmann on 10-Apr-2025Fantastic Villa which is spacious and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better with a short walk to the shops and beach. There are numerous golf courses close by perfect for our golf trip. We definitely will be booking again for next year.
