Recently renovated, this apartment on the coast of Benalmádena offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views. A balance of tranquillity and proximity to restaurants, bars, and all kinds of services.
It boasts a swimming pool, a large green space to enjoy the sun and the fantastic weather of southern Spain, and a wonderful beach just across the street.
The apartment features a comfortable living room, with a large sofa bed (sleeps two), a table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen; a room with a double bed, a full bathroom, and a balcony with unbeatable views of the ocean, mountains, and the building's garden area.
You’ll have available high speed WIFI, 4K smart TV with Netflix, and great sounding HI-FI Sonos smart speaker (with Spotify, Tidal and Qobuz) to relax and listen to your favourite music.
The property is located a few metres from Avenida de Las Palmeras, where there are many restaurants and bars; and just across the street there is a wonderful beach where you can enjoy the sea, the sun and the sand of the Costa del Sol.
Next to the building there is a pharmacy, and “Mercadona” supermarket is a few blocks away.
From June 1st until September 30th parking is included in a garage located a few meters from the building.
Throughout the rest of the year you get space to park in several areas near the building without hassle.
Check in is from 15.00 and check out is at 11.00 on day of departure. These times can be changed by prior arrangement.
The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with bedlinen, towels and kitchen/ bathroom essentials provided.
The cost of final cleaning is €30, not included in the daily price. Extra maid service can be ordered if you wish, at €12 per hour.
