Casa Luz is a modern, bright, two bedroom apartment located in an exclusive development of just eight properties situated at the southern tip of the Capellania/ Torremar area of Benalmadena and just 650 metres from the safe, sandy Blue-Flag beach of Kalifato. The lounge and dining areas have bright and elegant porcelain tiling throughout. The dining table has four comfortable chairs and there is also a desk area where you can sit with your iPad or laptop to stay in touch with your office or home. It is also an excellent base for those wishing to run their businesses whilst enjoying a relaxed break in the sun. The internet service is first class and very fast. From the dining space there are sliding double patio doors to a balcony terrace. Adjacent to the living room is a shaded terrace with superb views across the Mediterranean and overlooking the swimming pool with its walk-in steps and set in well-tended garden paved areas with a good supply of quality sunloungers. The main bedroom has its own balcony terrace, King-size bed, air conditioning and walk-in ensuite shower room with feature corner shower that has elegant curved glass doors. The second bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and its own small terrace. There is also a second shower room which also features the curved glass shower doors which match those in the ensuite and this demonstrates the care which went into the design and layout of this beautiful property. The car park is accessed by a remote-controlled barrier and there is a dedicated parking space for your car.
