Villa La Trompeta is located just 250 meters from the sandy beach of La Fustera, whose crystal clear waters and white beach will invite you to spend an unforgettable vacation.

Suitable for 2 to 16 adults and can be rented in high season for a minimum of 14 nights, preferebly starting and ending on Saturday.
Freely selectable number of days out of season, as well as start and end date.

The house has a ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room with accompanying terrace.
The 1st floor is accessible via an independent entrance and also has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room with buffet terrace.
If one floor is rented to you, the other floor will be closed and not used, so complete privacy is always guaranteed.

Rent quoted is for 1 floor up to 6 people
During the summer holidays, only the entire villa is for rent.

Superb view of the sea and the rock of Ifach, as well as the mountains.

Per floor:
The kitchen is fully equipped with combi-refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.
Kitchen linen available.

3 bedrooms with 6 and 7 bedspaces

The ground floor bedrooms have 2 double beds and 2 single beds, foldable double bed in living area, so 8 sleeps.
Baby cots available and on request,
1st floor with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, sofa bed for 1 person, so 8 sleeps as well.

Both living rooms with good quality furniture, satellite TV.
Fibre Wifi Internet available.
Both living rooms and all bedrooms have air conditioning, fans, double glazing and automatic ventilation.

On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms; 1 with bathtub, the other with walk-in shower.
On the 1st floor: bathroom with shower.

Private lit swimming pool of 12mx5m on the same level as the ground floor, 8 sun loungers, 4 parasols, garden furniture, lounge and barbecue.
1 outdoor shower (with hot/cold water) and WC, fully tiled.

Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar table and 3 bar chairs, teak table with 8 chairs and table with 6 chairs.
Equipped with laminated glass accordion doors to enjoy the environment even in winter.

Under the carport an outdoor fitness area was installed with ao. bike, weights and Kettler Pro fitness equipment.
Ping-pong table, football table and billiard available.

Garden with fruit and palm trees, parking for 4 cars, secure bicycle storage (ideal for cycle touring), fully fenced terrain of 1000m2 with lockable gate.

Free use of (bath) towels and bed linen

Prices include water, gas and electricity consumption (including air conditioning) during high season (May to September).
In mid season and in winter, water, gas and electricity consumption is calculated based on meter readings.
Prices vary depending on the period you want to rent, the length of stay, the number of people and if you want to rent 1 or two floors.

The guarantee is 1000 euros and the final cleaning 250 euros for 1 floor, 300 euros for the complete villa.

Also to rent for longer periods outside of peak season.

I also rent a VW Caddy Maxi, which can accommodate up to 7 people, as well as a Citroen Jumpy for up to 8 people and another one up to 9 people, which is located in a closed car park at Alicante airport. This also includes a shuttle service by the car park operator which transports you between the airport and the (nearby) car park and vice versa.
