Description

This beautiful newly furnished detached villa is located in a dead-end street. It is only a 12-minute walk to Cala Baladrar beach as well as to the supermarket and restaurants. It is located 4 km from lively Moraira. On the beach you will find a nice beach bar where you can eat and drink very well. It is open from 1 April to the end of October. During the summer months there is live music every night (except weekends). The lower floor with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the same level as the pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 sun terraces. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, Nespresso, American fridge, ... There is Fiber internet available and TV with all European channels. The holiday home is located in a dead-end street, this ensures tranquility. In the morning you wake up to the chirping birds. The holiday home is very centrally located. It is located in the middle between Calpe and Moraira. These 2 are very lively places with many restaurants and shops. The village of Benissa is 6 km away, a typical quiet Spanish village. Also nearby is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and bodegas. So, there is something for everyone.

What a great house with wonderful beds and lots of space. A beautiful place and a lovely swimming pool. We enjoyed it immensely and will definitely come back! Thank you Olivier and Ann.

What a beautiful place! Beautifully and accurately decorated! Quietly located and yet everything within walking distance. Nice view on the large terrace. Equipped with all amenities. Everything neat and correct. You can relax by the pool We love it and will definitely come back!
