Description
This beautiful newly furnished detached villa is located in a dead-end street. It is only a 12-minute walk to Cala Baladrar beach as well as to the supermarket and restaurants. It is located near to the coast road leading into lively Moraira (4 km) along which are many restaurants and beaches. Is easily accessible by public bus, bus stop 12 minutes' walk (Pepe la Sale).On the Baladrar beach you will find a nice beach bar where you can eat and drink very well. It is open from 1 April to the end of October. During the summer months there is live music every night (except weekends).
The lower floor with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the same level as the pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 sun terraces.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, Nespresso, American fridge, ...
There is Fiber internet available and smart TV with internet connection.
The holiday home is located in a dead-end street, this ensures tranquility. In the morning you wake up to the chirping birds.

The holiday home is very centrally located. It is located in the middle between Calpe and Moraira. These 2 are very lively places with many restaurants and shops. The village of Benissa is 6 km away, a typical quiet Spanish village. Also nearby is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and bodegas. Golf club Ifach is 5 min. with the car. So, there is something for everyone.

Great location to explore

The house has everything you need and the garden is a pleasure to enjoy in and around the pool! Great location to explore the rest of the area from here. Amazing stay

The house was clean on arrival and Sylvie was great showing us around and explaining the rules. The pool was beautiful and my niece had the best time playing in there. Close to Calp for lots of restaurants and a sand beach. We would definitely recommend the property, a fantastic family holiday location. The booking and contact with the hosts was excellent.
Relaxing location
By Kim on 17-Jul-2024What a great house in a nice, relaxing location. We enjoyed it so much with the family. We were 4 kids of different ages from small to old. Everything had to be done by car, due to... hilly location. But we enjoyed our holiday so much. It is on the edge of Moraira which is ideal. We would love to come back again!

Nice and good communication with the key manager. We really enjoyed it, we all would have liked to stay longer, but we will definitely come back!
