The villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - microwave toaster oven; bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink and washing machine.

Living room with dining area and lounge with a 1 person foldaway bed, in the veranda a convertible sofa with 2 sleeps.
Equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, satellite TV and fibre WiFi internet.
Bath and bed linen available.
From May to September, energy costs are included in the rent (excluding pool heating), the other months of the year, energy consumption is calculated via meter readings.

Heating of the swimming pool is started at the request of the tenant.
For optimal result, this is done 3 days in advance. For this, 100 euros start-up and consumption costs are charged.

65 km from Alicante airport and 130 km from Valencia.

I also rent my car with 8 seats which is located in a secure parking lot at Alicante airport.
There is also a shuttle service that takes you from the airport to the parking lot and vice versa.
Car key is dealt with by the parking attendant.
