Parques Casablanca is a beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe.

This 2nd floor apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea and the Rock Ifach at Calpe with gentle green hillsides behind. It is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofa bed) and the large living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra, outdoor room, and is furnished with additional dining table & chairs plus recliners. The terrace benefits from two large awnings to protect you from the mid-day sun, which are independently operated by a remote control unit. The apartment is smartly furnished, but comfort is our priority, after all - you’re on holiday.

The Parques Casablanca Complex: Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas feature highly here, along with such facilities as a Reception area, a shaded poolside dining area with pool bar (seasonal) serving drinks and snacks, secure underground parking and an on-site Spa/Gym with heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (There is a small fee payable directly to Reception for the Spa/Gym).
Although this is a 2nd floor penthouse style apartment, the whole complex is wheelchair friendly with lifts, spacious walkways and wide openings. There are no keys - a swipe card grants entry to each apartment with a wave of the hand. Lights come on magically in front of you and turn themselves off again behind you. Hi-tech, yes but with a friendly feel and ease of use. The complex is in a delightful setting above Fustera Cove, and great attention has been given to providing daytime comforts and evening magic. The pools are a special feature, and the children have one to themselves.

The Apartment: The Apartment is furnished along modern, clean lines, and we hope we have provided everything you will need . . and a little more. The living area is larger than in many apartments and leads onto the wide, open terrace which is furnished for both outdoor dining and just lounging on recliners in the sunshine or under the shade of the awning. Our inside dining table provides seating for 6 when extended, and the whole apartment has been fully equipped for this number of guests if required. Our sofa bed has been carefully chosen for both comfort and ease of operation, and there is somewhere to store bedlinen during the day.
The bedrooms are of comfortable almost equal size, and provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom with kingsize bed opens onto the Terrace, and is next door to the creamy marble-tiled Shower Room with twin basins and over-sized shower. Bedroom 2 can be twin or double. The Kitchen has a dishwasher and has been meticulously equipped.

La Fustera: The small cove of La Fustera is just 10 - 15 mins from either Moraira or Calpe, each with its own style. The youngsters in your party might enjoy the buzz of Calpe, but others may be seduced by the authentic Spanish charms of Moraira with its still bustling fish market. Known as the Millionaires' Playground, Moraira oozes style and character, and the evening promenade from Beach to Plaza to Marina (always filled with dazzling boats) shouldn't be missed. There are restaurants to suit everyone and, in daytime, a choice of two good-sized, well-kept beaches, with all the facilities you would hope for.

From Moraira it is only another 15 minutes drive to Javea, similar in character, but bigger, so there's more to watch, or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with its spectacular mountain scenery and Bodegas for tasting the local wine. Of course you may like to visit Benidorm's Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia, or just stay at sandy Fustera Cove with its beach bars

Fantastic view and perfect apartment

We (a family of four) stayed in the apartment for 9 days in July 2019. It is a really nice apartment - everything worked perfectly and the view is fantastic! The pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept. The area near the apartment is quiet (lovely) - but maybe a bit short on restaurants, so glad we had a car so we could get around and get the shopping done in Calpe. We have rented privately a few times now and although we have always had good service, no one has been as helpful and serviceminded as Judith - she has been the perfect landlady - thank you for a lovely holiday.

Excellent flat with views and large pool

This holiday flat was lovely, modern and high spec. with a large terrace and hotel style communal pool. Located close to Moraira and Calpe with restaurants and beaches but a car is recommended. We would gladly book again, if in the same area.

Fabulous apartment

Very nice apartment, fully equipped with everything necessary. Beautiful sea view, large terrace. The whole complex is very quiet, clean and beautiful. Large deep pool, separate pool for children. There were not a lot of guests in the complex, so it was very quiet and cozy. Beach is in walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and was very helpful in the smallest questions. We had a transfer problems and received a great support and understanding from the owners in postponing payment. So, we are very grateful for that. We arrive late in the evening and was met by resort staff, who are very kindness also. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and cozy family holiday !!! Every year we try to rest in different places, but we hope to come here again next year with our friends !!!

Lovely Spot

We had a lovely time at Judy’s apartment. Very nice private development up in the hills so you get a lovely view of the coast and sea. It’s 3 minute’s drive to the nearest cove, Cala Fustera. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and in a great, peaceful setting. Thanks Judy.

The apartment had amazing views, a large balcony area and was spotlessly clean. It was the best equipped apartment I have ever rented. There was also a selection of books, cds & DVD’s for use. The complex area is very well maintained & the staff are courteous & efficient. Any issues that arose were dealt with speedily. It’s also a very secure property, both the apartment itself & parques Casablanca complex. There are a small number of restaurants & a supermarket nearby, however I would suggest a car is necessary. The return to the property is all uphill. If anyone is looking to holiday in a central location with a large array of facilities nearby, then this location would not be suitable. The benefit of its location is the quietness in the evening time. While it is considered to be in the moriara area, it’s approximately 10k from moriara. It’s closer to calpe. A visit to both locations provides access to a large selection of shops & restaurants, however of these two locations, I prefer moriara. I would also recommend a trip to quadalest & Coll de Rates. Amazing views, but the drive is not for the faint hearted! But definitely worth it.

Excelent property
My husband and i have spend 3 weeks in this beautiful apartment and its surroudings and were later accompanied by our eldest daughter. The apartment and the whole complex is in outstanding order and very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Owner Judy is quick jn responding to any questions and very friendly. Also the housekeeper of the complex is very friendly and helpful when needed. We know the area well and stayed in various rental houses and apartments and i can certainty say that Parque Casablanca is highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet holiday close to all amenity you may need. Thank you Judy for your trust. We hope to come back again.

Lovely Stay!

The apartment was perfect for our holiday - well equipped, clean and with a lovely view. Judy the owner was extremely helpful and kind, providing good information and ensuring all ran smoothly for us. The staff on site were all very helpful too - even helping us to access the apartment at 4.30am after our horrendous flight delays! The attractively landscaped pool area suited our family perfectly - it would have been even better if the bar/restaurant had been open too, but it wasn't quite the season. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we would love to return one day in the future.

Beautiful

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. It was our fourth visit to Casablanca but the first to this particular apartment Communication with owner was excellent throughout, and the staff were, as always, very helpful. The whole development including the apartment is kept spotless. The pool is crystal clear and everything was freshly painted. The view from no 306 is amazing, taking in the pool and surroundings, down to the sea. We will return

Stunning apartment in a beautiful tranquil setting

This beautifully presented apartment has everything you need and more. It has one of the best positions on the complex with a fantastic view from the terrace. The grounds and pools are immaculately maintained and, whilst we were there, they were so quiet and peaceful. The owner of the apartment provided excellent customer service with immediate replies to all queries. The coastline from Moraira to Calpe is very picturesque with lots of lovely coves. In our opinion a car is essential here but you will love exploring the beautiful area. Our particular favourite was Moraira with its lovely sandy beach and great choice of restaurants.

We (2 adults 2 children) had a wonderful time at Parques Casablanca and loved our 2 weeks in this apartment. It has all the equipment you need with a good sized balcony and stunning views. There is excellent security on site and the bonus of an underground car park space. The complex is very well maintained and the staff very helpful. I can't really fault anything and the owner provided exceptional service so have given a well deserved 5 stars!

Great apartment in a modern, clean and well designed complex. The apartments are all located within 2 or 3 storey units so it does not feel large or imposing. The swimming pool area is fantastic - plenty of comfortable sunloungers, a good pool bar and a large pool. The apartment itself was perfect - modern with a small but well stocked kitchen. It had a large terrace with loungers plus table, chairs and parasol and a great view to the sea. The staff at the apartments were nothing short of fantastic - helpful and friendly. A relaxing break with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Apartment with stunning views

From start to finish our experience of dealing with Judy (the Owner) and the Staff at Parques Casablanca was exceptional. The Apartment was first class with everything catered for from genuine Wifi (great for teenage daughters)and A/C in all the rooms to fantastic views from the Balcony (the best in the complex) of the sea, the pool and Calpe Rock. Getting sunbeds by the lovely pool was no problem with good areas for both sun and shade. There was a handy small supermarket 2 mins drive, and Calpe was only 10 mins away and Moraira 15 mins. ( We would definitely recommend a car but this can be parked in the shaded underground car park). The area of La Fustera is small and generally residential but with a nice little beach that didn't get packed whilst we were there. If you like a quieter location but within easy reach (5-10min drive) of plenty of restaurants, bars, and beaches we would definitely recommend Parques Casablanca and in particular Judy's Apartment.

Wonderful Apartment with great views

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Parques Casablanca. We spent just under two weeks there as a family of four and had an amazing time. The apartment is bright, clean, modern, very spacious and had everything we needed and more. The view from the large balcony is stunning! We really enjoyed using the swimming pools which had plenty of comfy sun loungers along with a friendly pool side bar/restaurant. All the staff we found to be very helpful and also took advantage of the beach towel hire which for Euro 3 you got a large beach towel to use which certainly saved on weight in our suitcases. There is a lovely small beach just 10 minutes walk from the apartment which has a fantastic new beach bar/restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner there twice as it was so nice. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again - we found it perfect !
