Description
Casa Cordillera, described by The Sunday Telegraph as a "Hollywood style residence", enjoys spectacular panoramic views across a valley of olive groves and vine terraces, towards Moraira on the coast and the Sierras inland.Moraira, with its safe sandy beach, lively restaurants, bars, cafes and Friday market and the beautiful Marina, is just 8 minutes drive away and the shops at the picturesque village of Benitachell, a short walking distance. There is also a Mercadona supermarket 4 minutes drive away. Sporting facilities including golf, tennis, paddel and sailing are available nearby.
The accommodation opens out onto a large private 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool with internal Roman steps. South facing, the Villa enjoys sunshine all day long although covered terraces provide shade when preferred. Sunbeds and parasol are provided.
INSIDE: There are two double bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin single beds. Double bedroom has en suite walk in shower room with wc, washbasin etc. and dressing room. Twin bedroom has shower room, wash basin and wc. Ceiling fans to both bedrooms. Bedrooms also have mosquito nets. A large comfortably furnished lounge and dining area, with CD player, DVD Player, radio and ASTRA tv programmes 32" flat screen tv. The fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, marble-topped units has an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Double doors open onto a large outside covered terrace with outside furniture overlooking the pool, perfect for dining al fresco.
WI FI IS AVAILABLE AT THE VILLA
Please note that the upper level of the villa is closed and not occupied during the summer months so that guests have the sole use and enjoyment of the facilities.
The large open poolside sun terrace, is equipped with sun loungers and a poolside shower. A covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There is a further large terraced area, set amidst mature tropical gardens with a large walk-in barbecue and bar also with gas hob. A stone table seating 10, is covered by a roofed pergola, perfect for outside dining.
The cost for rental of this villa is for 4 persons. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We also provide beach towels. Clean laundry is provided each week. When making travel arrangements, please note that on the day of arrival the villa is not available until 16:00 hours. on the day of departure we ask clients to vacate the villa by 10:00.

In the pool there's a big stairs frome stones which was great for our baby son to sit and play on. There's enough sun and shadow in the garden. In the twin bedded room enough space to place a baby bed. We've visited towns as Valencia, Alicante, Xabia, Denia, all fine by car. A great place for your holiday!

Tastefully decorated inside and out the villa had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay one of the best. (We've been coming to Moraira for many years). The location, pretty gardens, great swimming pool and the BBQ area all really added to our enjoyment. We would highly recommend it and are going back just as soon as we can! Your reply
