Description

Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, the villa Casa Anita is located in Cumbre Del Sol, Benitachell. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms, satellite television, and a washing machine.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a barbecue.
The villa is just a 4 to 5 minute (2.1 to 3.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.7 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed .
Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.

Nos encantó la casa, hemos pasado una vacaciones maravillosas, las vistas son increíbles, la casa super tranquila y cómoda, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones amplias, los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien, los baños muy limpios. Suzi es una anfitriona fantástica, estuvo muy pendiente de todo, y a cualquier duda enseguida nos la resolvía! Nos aconsejó algunas rutas cerca super bonitas. No puedo decir más que ha sido todo un placer y una maravilla de sitio. Repetiremos sin duda.
