Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, the villa Casa Anita is located in Cumbre Del Sol, Benitachell. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi 5G, 5 air conditions in the living room and all the bedrooms, satellite television and a washing machine.The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, terrace furniture, an open terrace, and a gas barbecue.
The villa is just a 4 to 5 minute (2.1 to 3.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.7 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed .
Towels, beach towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
Winter let is 900 € per month ( must be 3 months minimum stay ), plus bills are paid separately.

Nos encantó la casa
By Violeta on 10-Sep-2021Nos encantó la casa, hemos pasado una vacaciones maravillosas, las vistas son increíbles, la casa super tranquila y cómoda, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones amplias, los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien, los baños muy limpios. Suzi es una anfitriona fantástica, estuvo muy pendiente de todo, y a cualquier duda enseguida nos la resolvía! Nos aconsejó algunas rutas cerca super bonitas. No puedo decir más que ha sido todo un placer y una maravilla de sitio. Repetiremos sin duda.

Flott hus og flott bokigstrøk
By Synnove Ohlund on 08-Jul-2015Flott hus og flott bokigstrøk. Passet perfekt for oss som reiste med ganske små barn. Stille og rolig strøk på kveldene, stort basseng, og passelig avstand til Moraira. God plass til parkering. Kommer gjerne tilbake :)
La casa cumple con todas las expectativas
By Maria Antonieta Buil on 15-Jul-2014La casa cumple con todas las expectativas que hay en el anuncio. La comunicación con Suzana desde el principio fue muy facil y siempre responde en menos de 24h. Las instalaciones de la casa están muy bien cuidadas y limpias. La terraza de la piscina es un poco pequeña como dice el anuncio pero nosotros eramos 8 adultos y 2 perros y no tuvimos problemas. El mejor sitio para unas vacaciones de relax sin pensar, solo disfrutar de la espectacular vista al mar q tienes desde que te levantas! La playa de Javea El Arenal, esta a 10-15 min en coche, con muy facil acceso para pasar unos dias de playa, pero en realidad no hace falta ni salir de la casa con lo bien que se está. Totalmente recomendada! Muchas gracias por todo!
