Great Villa in a great location. There were up to 8 of us staying but still felt plenty big enough. The owner Barry couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful from first enquiry until after we left. Quick to answer any questions and offered much useful advice. Wonderful!
From the moment we first enquired about the villa and throughout the booking process Barry could not have been more helpful, providing advice and responding promptly at all times. On arrival we felt welcome and were really impressed with everything that had been provided for us including pantry items, books and magazines, pool toys and toiletries. Outside the washing machine and clothes line were extremely well used! The security at the villa is excellent and we felt very safe and secure. Barry also sorted out an extra key for us as we had a large party. Despite the size of our party we never felt that we did not have enough room. There were plenty of pool loungers and the different zones created outside meant we could spread out and spend quiet time if needed. Inside the provision of air conditioning in every room was a blessing for escaping from the heat when the temperature was at its peak. The villa is situated in a quiet road with plenty of street parking, but is also very close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. I have already shared the details of the villa with my friends recommending it as a great base in a lovely town. Thanks Barry!
Barry could not have been more helpful from the initial enquiry through to the holiday itself. The villa was super clean as was the pool, the villa had everything you need and has a lovely homely feel to it. Its location was great, we walked to Binibeca beach and it was the prettiest beach ever and it’s only a few minutes walk into the village where the restaurants are. We spent a day in Mahón and punta prima. We just loved it, it was so chilled even with a 2 year old. We will be back.
We’ve just returned from a week in Barry’s amazing villa. From the moment we first enquired about the villa Barry has been exceptional! Very straight forward booking process. Following this, on the run up to our holiday Barry provided so much useful information about the surrounding areas, where’s good to go, supermarket locations etc. So helpful when visiting a place you’ve never been before. We’d booked transfers and the taxi took us straight to the villa. There is a small supermarket 4mins walk from the villa where we went and loaded up. They do free delivery which was a massive bonus. The kids were straight into the lovely, warm pool and there were big, soft towels for them when they got out. We made dinner in the kitchen the first evening and there was everything you could possibly need in there. All very modern and clean. There’s a lovely spacious table that’s covered just by the front door where we all spent every evening eating, drinking and playing games. There’s a train just opposite the supermarket and for €5 it will take you to different places in the surrounding area. I can highly recommended going to Punta Prima and getting the black toasted sandwiches! Barry got us a table at a local restaurant called Bambu on another evening and WOW WOW WOW! It was spectacular. Eating delicious food (can recommend the swordfish!) with my family on the terrace watching the sunset is definitely a core memory for all of us. There’s a cocktail bar called BB’s nearby too which do some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! The picturesque small streets of Binnibeca are also on your doorstep and we loved winding our way through them! We have had the best week here. Everything was perfect from the high quality sun loungers, beds and decor to the amazing relationship Barry made with us. Nothing was too much bother and he responded to questions so quickly. We didn’t want to come home and had tears from the children (and the adults!) the morning we had to leave! We can’t wait to go back and be sat on the roof terrace with a glass of wine in hand watching the world go by! Thank you so much for the most perfect, relaxing week!
We had a brilliant holiday at Barry's villa. It had everything we needed and the pool was lovely- and perfect temperature (very rare!). The villa has lots of lovely little sun and shade spots for sitting and relaxing, including sea views from the roof. Great location too with bars, restaurants and the beach all in walking distance. Definitely keen to go back! Oh and my son loved the sky subscription- ha!
We stayed for 10 days over Easter. The villa has everything you could need and more, it is very homely with a focus on design and decor; the owner clearly cares and gives so much detail in the way of recommendations. All the rooms have Spanish traditional charm with mod cons. The pool is amazing with plenty of loungers, parasols for shade and multiple seating areas for eating. I almost forgot the beautiful terrace for drinks and sunsets!! Such a great position too…in close proximity to beaches/restaurants/walks/bars :) We’d love to return. Thank you xx
