Description
Our detached, 3 bedroom, self catering villa is available for you to enjoy summer holidays. Located on Spain's beautiful Balearic Island of Menorca, the villa is in Binibeca, overlooking Cala Torret, and part of the area known as the golden triangle.Approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport and Mahon, the capital city and with the local working village of Sant Lluis only a 10 minute drive away. The villa has an idyllic setting. Cut into the hillside and surrounded by colourful gardens it overlooks both the sea and a wooded valley. Please note: The villa is reached by a flight of steps running down through the gardens, possibly making it unsuitable for either the infirm or, an adventurous toddler.
You enter the villa via the doors inside the undercover bar.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom with king bed, and air-conditioner, shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
A few steps down leads to the sunken sitting room with a music system to play either, radio or, CDs. The TV / DivX player receives UK and International channels. Through USB port you can play films or programmes you have recorded. The DVD player with a few DVD's are provided too.
If you need to be in touch via your laptop, iPad and mobile, you have free WIFI at the villa.
All the open plan living area is air-conditioned.
On the first floor there are two further twin bedrooms both with air conditioning, and a full family bathroom with over bath shower. You can access the roof terraces and laundry room from this level.
Both the undercover bar with its own fridge and the exterior dining terrace overlook the pool. After dark lighting illuminates the pool terrace and the pool has underwater lighting for safety when night bathing. With interior corner steps, the pool measures approximately 8 x 3 metres.
The pool and roof terraces all look south to the Mediterranean overlooking Cala Torret and are equipped with a more than ample supply of sun beds.
At Cala Torret (a 3 minute stroll away from the villa) there are restaurants, a bakery, that serves breakfast, and a supermarket.
Beautiful Binibeca beach with its safe bathing for all ages is just a short walk away. The famous beach bar is still closed sadly.
One of Menorca's Diving Centres is located between Cala Torret and the beach. There is another place to eat beside the Dive Centre.
Due to the villa's location a car is not necessary.
Many of our guests fall in love with Menorca, its lovely sandy beaches, rolling countryside and the Menorcan way of life. Guests have returned time and again to revisit this very happy holiday home. We have been visiting Menorca for more than 30 years, and hopefully can answer any questions you may have regarding the Island.

By Steph & Mark on 06-Sep-2025We stayed at Villa Rosa twice this year. A peaceful private location but central to the local restaurants, supermarket and beach. We did not need to hire a car, it was only a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport! The villa itself is beautifully presented and very well equipped. The pool is excellent for swimming and the outside bar is great for enjoying a cheeky glass of wine in the evening. Lots of wildlife to see in the beautiful gardens . . . Villa Rosa is now our new go to place for the perfect holiday. We have already rebooked for next year! Thank you Christine, for sharing this wonderful place with us.
Another fantastic and relaxing break

The villa is very well equipped with high quality appliances. The fantastic pool area is where we spent most of our time. A short walk to lots of amenities, we particularly enjoyed the tapas at Sa Cova del Sol which is 100 yards from the villa. Also, of note, the beach bar is now open and serving drinks and food late into the night! Christine is a great owner and host, thank you once again for the stay
Hidden Gem

Very peaceful and secluded, yet only a few minutes’ walk to the sea and excellent restaurants of Cala Torret, where we also went swimming off the rocks. For a safe beach it’s only a couple of minutes’ drive to Binibeca, where there are many more places to eat. The villa itself is excellent with all the facilities you need, having air conditioning, a good size pool, and multi-channel UK TV. Finally, many thanks to the owner, Christine who was easy to contact and kept us updated with all the information we required. We definitely recommend this villa.
Relaxing place for a holiday
By Sarah on 15-Jul-2025Lovely villa in a peaceful location yet a very short distance to walk to the shop and restaurants. Villa was lovely and clean and had everything you need. The pool is lovely and private and the roof terrace provides views of the sea. Excellent communication from Christine - the best villa we have stayed in in Binibeca.

A beautiful villa in a perfect location!
By Lisa on 05-Jun-2025If you are thinking of booking this villa, don't hesitate! It's one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The villa is so pretty, it's also very roomy, with everything you need provided. The pool is excellent for swimming, and the mature gardens are beautiful. The thing we liked best is the privacy and peaceful location, which is amazing considering it's only a very short walk from Binibeca village and beach. The owner is absolutely lovely too and so helpful, and the property management were super helpful regarding some help we needed. A bit of heaven for those needing to recharge and relax!
A wonderful week at Villa Rosa Christine

The excellent communication from Christine before our visit meant everything ran very smoothly and she was so helpful in trying to accommodate an early check in. The villa is lovely, very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. A short walk from the villa takes you into Cala Torret which has a great bakery, supermarket for essentials and a couple of excellent restaurants and bars. We enjoyed swimming in the Cala Torret bay each morning before breakfast and Binibeca beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Thank you Christine for a wonderful stay
