Description
This lovely villa, ‘Brisa Del Mar’ (sea breezes), is set on the gentle hillside in the sought after area of Binibeca Nou on the south east coast of Menorca, 20 minutes drive from Mahon airport. It is within 10/15 minutes walk of restaurants in the Cala Torret area of Binibeca (overlooking a pretty cove), the local supermarket and wonderful bakery, and 5/8 minutes walk from the beach.Set on one level, the layout provides a good degree of privacy for 2 families sharing, as there are 2 bedrooms at each end of the villa, each with their own bathroom. One bathroom has a WC, bath, basin and shower and the other a WC, basin and shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans and mosquito screens on the windows.
The main living room is spacious with bi-fold doors leading on to the covered dining terrace and poolside area. From here there is a lovely sea view. An awning can be unwound to provide more shade.
There is a well equipped kitchen, recently fully renovated, with induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x cafetiere coffee makers, liquidizer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is an outside washing line and shower area, and steps to the roof terrace. The kitchen is open plan with breakfast bar and dining area with table and chairs.
The kidney shaped pool has terracing for sun loungers and is 2’6’’ (0.76 mtrs) in the shallow end and 7’6” (2.3m) in the deep end and is roughly 8m x 5m.
The garden is well established and includes a purpose built BBQ. There is a roof terrace with wonderful sea views. Down the side of the villa is a pathway leading to the beach.
There is internet access, smart TV which can stream UK TV through internet.

Leave ReviewFabulous Half-term !
By Joanne on 18-Oct-2025We had the most wonderful half-term stay at Brisa Del Mar! The weather was like summer again - it was utterly blissful! The house was brilliant - kitted out like a home, so everything we needed was there, and the pool was very clean (the man came twice in a week) and still warm enough to enjoy. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and perfect for families, with a cool beach bar serving great food and drink, crystal-clear, warm water for swimming, and exceptionally well-maintained beach facilities.. We will definitely be retuning !

Fantastic for families !

We were two families and the layout was perfect, providing the and privacy and separation you would expect from 2 apartments, but with the benefit of a lovely shared living area. The kids loved the pool, which was a good size and cleaned twice a week. We loved having a sea view and the terrace provided a gorgeous tranquil setting for many lovely meals. Binibeca beach is a short walk away and was perfect for swimming, snorkelling and a drink at sunset. We would love to visit again!
Quiet and relaxed; a perfect stay

We came with five children; the younger ones could swim to their hearts’ content and the older were safe to go off and explore the locality. Nothing negative to report
Stunning views
By Janet & Trevor on 27-May-2023Absolutely beautiful villa, very large with ample space, lovely large modern kitchen and 4 large double bedrooms. Outside there is plenty of space for sitting outside with comfortable furniture and a large private pool. The villa is not overlooked at all and the views from the patio is absolutely stunning. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, also supermarket within walking distance. The area around is very peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the villa twice in 2023 and have booked again for 2026.
