Description

This lovely villa, ‘Brisa Del Mar’ (sea breezes), is set on the gentle hillside in the sought after area of Binibeca Nou on the south east coast of Menorca, 20 minutes drive from Mahon airport. It is within 10/15 minutes walk of restaurants in the Cala Torret area of Binibeca (overlooking a pretty cove), the local supermarket and wonderful bakery, and 5/8 minutes walk from the beach.

Set on one level, the layout provides a good degree of privacy for 2 families sharing, as there are 2 bedrooms at each end of the villa, each with their own bathroom. One bathroom has a WC, bath, basin and shower and the other a WC, basin and shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans and mosquito screens on the windows.

The main living room is spacious with bi-fold doors leading on to the covered dining terrace and poolside area. From here there is a lovely sea view. An awning can be unwound to provide more shade.

There is a well equipped kitchen, recently fully renovated, with induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x cafetiere coffee makers, liquidizer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is an outside washing line and shower area, and steps to the roof terrace. The kitchen is open plan with breakfast bar and dining area with table and chairs.

The kidney shaped pool has terracing for sun loungers and is 2’6’’ (0.76 mtrs) in the shallow end and 7’6” (2.3m) in the deep end and is roughly 8m x 5m.

The garden is well established and includes a purpose built BBQ. There is a roof terrace with wonderful sea views. Down the side of the villa is a pathway leading to the beach.

There is internet access, smart TV which can stream UK TV through internet.
