Description
A detached 3 bedroom villa situated close to the famous Binibeca fishing village and only minutes from the beach. A privately-owned villa with a tourist license set within it's own south-facing garden in a quiet area of Binibeca. It has its own private pool with terraces and outside shower, and a large roof terrace with splendid sea views. The three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The beach at Binibeca is a lovely family-friendly sandy beach offering safe bathing for the family. The island's capital city, Mahon, is only about 20 minutes easy drive away and the many historical and tourist attractions on the island are all easily accessible from Binibeca.The villa is set in its own gardens and there are panoramic views over the sea from the large roof terrace. There are various patio areas for seating and dining including a barbecue area. Poolside furniture is provided as well as free wi-fi. There is a private swimming pool which benefits from the sunny position.
Rooms in the villa are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with built in wardrobe and air-conditioning unit
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, built in wardrobe and air-conditioning unit.
Bedroom 3 – One single bed with built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bathroom - Wet/Shower room - with WC and hand-basin.
Living Room – this has relaxed seating and dining areas. Wood burner stove for use in the colder time of the year.
Kitchen – well equipped separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and other normal appliances
The villa is approached by a small path which does have low steps so may be unsuitable for wheelchair access.
The location of the villa is approximately 5 minute walk to the fishing village and a brisk 10 minute walk to the family friendly beach. There are various cafes, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is no smoking at the villa in or in the garden areas.
We have owned the Casita for over 15 years and have enjoyed staying there both ourselves and with our family. The property is furnished as a family home and it has recently updated including new beds and living room furniture. We have had guests coming back year after year because of its homely feel and affordable price (and its private pool!). We chose to have our “second home” in Binibeca because everything you could want is in walking distance. There are no clubs or discos or high-rise apartment blocks but there are welcoming local shops and cafes. We have never regretted our choice and have always wanted to share the property with our guests who can enjoy their holidays in this beautiful part of Menorca.

By Kim on 06-Sep-2025Just got home from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa, which was spotless clean on arrival and the welcome pack is a nice touch. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the swimming pool is amazing with different places to sit so you could enjoy sun or shade. Binibeca itself is so fantastic very quite, peaceful and relaxing,the beach is very nice and not overcrowded with crystal clear water. Andy was an amazing host answering all my questions and so friendly in his communication we will be back.
A perfect holiday
By Dawn Kemp on 09-Aug-2025We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Casita Delfin. I travelled with my daughter and grandsons, the accommodation was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, tidy and well equipped with a lovely outdoor seating area. The large pool was plenty big enough for all of us and hosted lots of fun and games during both the day and night! Andy was extremely helpful and accommodating from the start of our booking, answering any questions I had (there were many ) Helen, the manager was also very helpful and sent me a lovely message when we left. The location is perfect and within easy reach of many lovely restaurants we love. Also, a couple of great supermarkets with everything we needed for our stay. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this villa to friends or family, we would happily have stayed longer and will be back. Thank you x

Wonderful

The villa itself was well stocked and very comfortable and the air conditioning and fan most welcome at night. The pool was spotless and we enjoyed the BBQs at night watching the beautiful sky. Binibeca Vell was very close with a supermarket that had everything we needed. The manager of the property was a delight and responded really quickly to any queries and the owners were equally easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We had a special and relaxing family holiday. Thank you very much.
Beautiful Villa

We love Binibeca anyway, been staying here for over ten years , however first time in this villa , perfect location right where we need to be , the villa has everything you need air con is amazing lol , brand new bathroom , hope we can get two weeks here next summer , Only one thing which i believe is needed is a nice big parasol to cover my bald head from burning haha , although there are plenty at the villa to use anyway .
Another lovely holiday in Menorca

There are 2 supermarkets that are less than a 5 minute walk and also restaurants and a souvenier shop. The village is so pretty with its white washed buildings. the bus stop is also less than a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool at the villa is lovely and big, hard to beat, my daughters did not even want to go to the beach. it is a very homely villa and I would definately like to go back again one day. Thank you for sharing your lovely holiday home.
