Contemporary spacious villa set in a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views overlooking the countryside and the sea with only a short 4-5 minute walk down to the sea front.3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6. All beds have high quality cotton bedding. Two hair dryers.

• Covered Pergola in the garden with day bed, seating and a hanging egg chair. Pergola has lighting so can be used at night and a shady area for the daytime.

General Information
We can recommend/help with car hire, suggest restaurants and help with anything you need to make your holiday memorable and hassle free. Please just ask when making your reservation.
Linen and towels will be changed weekly and the property will be cleaned once a week.

There is a refundable £500 deposit required when paying the balance.
Minimum stay 7 nights and multiples of 7 nights in high season

By Tony on 15-Aug-2025We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this beautiful villa.Booking process was smooth and communication throughout was great. Inside had the Wow factor and the outside was even better.A short 5 min stroll the the local mini market and restaurant put the icing on the cake.This was our 19th year of coming to Binibeca and by far the best Villa yet.Was ready to book again for next year but fully booked 🙁
Wonderful villa, perfect location.
By Ella Rice on 26-Jul-2025Our family would highly recommend a stay here. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel instantly at home. The beautiful pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating. The landscaping is thoughtful with different areas to sit and relax, we particularly enjoyed sunset from the roof terrace! The interior is spacious and we all enjoyed the games room. The villa is in a peaceful area and well located for a stroll to the beach, restaurant and the local shop. We did hire a car to explore further but there is plenty to do within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. We hope to return!
Lovely villa in a great location

The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you need, we stayed with a toddler and baby and a highchair and cot (plus bedding were provided). The large garden and pool were both big hits with the group! The villa is located towards the edge of the village - the beach, shops and cafes are all a short walking distance away however the location means the house is quiet and private which was perfect for us. Susan was a very helpful host, providing a great welcome pack, clear access instructions and responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Perfect villa for us

Great facilities, a fantastic pool and effective air conditioning. No hesitation recommending this villa and, yes, we would love to return.
Fantastic Villa
By Snows on 30-Jul-2022We loved everything about our stay in Binibeca. The villa has everything you could possibly need, is beautifully decorated and equipped and the air conditioning was a life saver! We spent a lot of time in the lovely pool and the children absolutely loved the pool table.
Excellent stay in a beautiful Villa

Sue was on hand to answer any queries regarding our stay and advise with information about the island itself, which really added to the enjoyment of our holiday. The booking process is very simple and easy, and again Sue was vey efficient and helpful. The villa is extremely well equipped and very clean, with lots of areas to sit and enjoy different aspects of the villa and surrounding views. There is plenty of space to find a quiet and peaceful spot if you want to have a bit of time to yourself and lots of room to enjoy time together as a family. The pool is a very good size and was a big hit with our 15 and 18 year olds and a welcome relief for us to take a dip and cool off! The air conditioning in the bedrooms is a real bonus and definitely makes for an enjoyable nights sleep as it was very hot during our stay in late July. Overall we couldn’t fault Sue or the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
