Well, the correct answer is you’d have to build it yourself, and that's exactly what the owner of this villa did! working In the construction industry all his life, the owner spent 10 years making sure this villa reflects his true passion to build the perfect villa. He has managed to amalgamate the traditional furniture of Menorca, seamlessly with all the modern features you would expect to find in a villa. It has 4 beautiful double bedrooms 2 with en-suite, a family bathroom and a family shower room. Situated in the seaside area of Binidali, just a short drive along the coast from Binibeca and Binisafua where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There are several pretty hidden beaches along the way just waiting to be explored. The village of Sant Climent is just 4.5km away where there is a choice of bars and restaurants including the renowned restaurant ‘Es Moli de Foc’ aswell as a local super market. The beautiful Port of Mahon, is just 20 minutes away for a wider array of bars, restaurants and, of course, nightlife. The Binidali bar and family restaurant is just at the end of the road and there is a chic bar café, Som Sis, which overlooks the sea, with the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Only 15 minutes from the airport, you will soon be at this modern stylish villa, furnished with taste and comfort in mind. Spacious, airy bedrooms enjoy air-conditioning to aid a good nights' rest while the lounge is great for chilled evenings, either inside watching the wide screen TV, or just outside on the pretty terrace overlooking the beautiful pool. The large swimming pool (15M x 5M) offers a cool dip and respite from the hot, summer sun, with numerous sun loungers and shady corners within the grounds. WiFi is available and is free of charge. The Villa has a fully fitted Kitchen, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, and refrigerator. Outside there are plenty of areas to sit back and relax, with a charcoal BBQ area fitted with sink and fridge for your refreshing drinks.Bedroom Details

By Gloria on 06-Aug-2024We had a great two weeks in the Villa. The villa was clean and very comfortable, with a nice swimming pool and sea view. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for a morning walk or to watch the sunset on the sea. Phil was very helpful and available for any question, and he made our stay perfect. I highly recommend it, and I would like to come back.
A perfect two weeks
By Lois on 12-Jul-2024We had a wonderful two weeks’ holiday at Phil’s place. The villa lived up to our expectations and beyond. As a family with adult children it had everything we needed, with plenty of different areas to relax. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen and is well planned out. We really liked the outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and drinks fridge (well used!). It is located in a quiet area with a lovely small cove within walking distance. We will definitely return!

Family Holiday Perfection

Situated in a very lovely part of the island to explore and we did. Very near the airport. Lovely restaurants nearby. A place of perfection. Thank you.
