Description
Casa del Mar is located in the picturesque residential area of Binidalí, on the southeast coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters is less than a 5-minute walk from the house, and other south coast beaches, such as Binisafúa, Binibeca, and Punta Prima, are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The island's capital, Mahon, with its natural harbour and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, is less than a 15-minute drive from the property.The property is situated on a spacious double plot of approximately 2,165 square meters, offering stunning sea views, lush gardens filled with indigenous plants and flowers, and multiple areas for relaxing in either the sun or shade. Adjacent to the lounge is a covered porch equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco family meals. The swimming pool, measuring 9.5 by 4.5 meters, is surrounded by a tiled terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and sunbeds. Additionally, a second dining table and chairs are positioned next to the large stone barbecue, which overlooks the expansive lawn and children's play area.
Casa del Mar is an ideal property for large families. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, it offers a perfect retreat for guests. The property features a main house and an annex for larger groups, which is available at an additional cost.

Annex: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and shaded porch with table and chairs. Please contact us for the rental price for the annex.
Air-conditioning is available in all rooms.
Pool heating is available on request up until mid-May and from mid-September to the end of October. Pool fencing is also available on request. Please contact us for prices.

Reservation Conditions
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 25% (non-refundable)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 75 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

By Joost on 01-May-2025The villa is even better than the pictures suggest. A perfect location, near a quiet beach with magnificent sea views. The immediate surroundings are clean, well cared for and worth a fantastic walk. The house itself is wonderful to enjoy. All facilities are provided, clean and work well. Plenty to do for children and adults. The rooms are spacious and the layout of the house is clear. We stayed here with two families (4 adults and 5 children) and it is absolutely recommended! Ps. Gurbia is the best. Responds super fast and resolves everything. Thank you!

Ms. Gurbia was always friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time – absolutely recommended!

A Great Place

Gurbia always responded quickly and was always friendly and accommodating. On the check-out day, we had to check out a little later as it worked for the cleaning staff. A wonderful week.
Beautiful and Great for Large Families

He gives you a super extensive guide to all the details of the house. The location is unbeatable with one of the best coves 100 meters from the house and one of the most beautiful bars also a block away. You definitely need a car to get around the rest of the island. We'll be back!
