Description
This villa is perfect for family holidays. Situated on a quiet road in Binisafua and only 100 metres from Menorca's south coast, it has lovely sea views across its beautiful Mediterranean garden. The picturesque town of Sant Lluis is 15 minutes drive and Mahon and the airport are 20 minutes away.Turquoise waters, ideal for snorkelling are just 5 minutes walk. Binissafuller beach is 15 mins walk. There are a number of restaurants and basic food shops within 10 minutes walk.
The house is very well equipped with a modern, light and airy kitchen, outside dining areas with plenty of shade and a large BBQ. The 5 double/twin bedrooms, all have night time air conditioning and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). There is a large poolside sunbathing area with sun beds, as well as hammocks in the shade. An outdoor ping pong table provides plenty of fun for the more energetic. The roof top terrace offers a perfect viewing point for sundowners/cocktails. Free fibre optic wifi is provided as well as TV with all the main UK and Spanish TV channels.
Prices shown are per night for up to 8 people. Groups of 9 or 10 (excluding infants) are charged an extra £25 per night to cover extra cleaning and linen costs. Discounts are available for small groups of 4 or fewer. The villa can be rented by the night (min 5 nights off peak, 10 nights peak 12/7 to 29/08). .
Cots and high chairs (max 2 of each) are available free of charge. In addition to bathroom towels, there is a good supply of pool/beach towels as well as sun umbrellas, buckets and spades and other beach equipment. We look forward to welcoming you!

By Teresa Hockett on 19-Jun-2025We rented this villa for a week to celebrate my 70th birthday. We were a group of 10 with ages ranging from 7 to 70 and we were looking for somewhere special which didn't break the bank. The well equipped villa certainly delivered and was perfect for everyone's needs and wishes. The week we stayed was said to be the hottest in Menorca's history for June and so we really appreciated the beautiful swimming pool and the air con in the bedrooms, as well as the fans. There were inflatables which were fun to use in the pool, and buckets and spades etc for the beach, as well as several beach umbrellas. It was helpful to have many beach towels, meaning we didn't have to bring them on the plane. The huge barbecue was wonderful and we used it quite a lot. Also, David, the villa owner, was helpful with suggestions of where to eat out when we didn't want to stay at home and we tried several nearby restaurants. The ping pong table in the garden was used a little bit but it was too hot to be energetic really. We visited several beaches and swam in the sea many times. If you fancy bringing your snorkel, you will be able to see lots of fish, although it is easy to spot fish with the naked eye in the clear waters. I would recommend beach/swim shoes for some places which are accessible over rocks. The nearest swimming place would have been easier to access with the right footwear. Although there are things, such as a shop, restaurants and bars which are easy to get to on foot, I would recommend a car to enhance a visit to Menorca. We visited Mahon a few times. It is very interesting. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners, David and Penny, whose own property is close by. David was always on hand to help or advise but did not encroach on our privacy. All in all, a great place to visit and stay. Thank you.

Fabulous stay!
By Rebecca Hopkins on 07-Jun-2025We have just arrived home from a fabulous holiday at David and Penny’s villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and exceeded all expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Binibeca Vell and all the shops and restaurants and also close to the beautiful beach at Binisafuller. We also enjoyed being over the road to a popular swimming and snorkeling spot which we visited almost daily! The villa is so well set out with an excellent pool that the children loved! We also enjoyed having meals on the patio with views of the sea. David and Penny are excellent hosts with great communication throughout. We cannot recommend enough and can’t wait to visit again!

David and Penny are always very responsive and great to communicate with both before the stay and during, if needed. We cannot recommend this villa enough.
A wonderful stay
By Katie on 19-Aug-2023We have just come back from a wonderful holiday at David and Penny’s villa. The villa is spacious and has absolutely everything you need both inside and out. The layout of the villa works really well and the outside area was perfect for us all to spend most of our time in. Always plenty of sunny and shady spots no matter what the time of day. The children absolutely loved the pool and the adults loved sundown drinks on the fantastic roof terrace. The location of the villa is fantastic. It is in a quite residential spot, beautiful views of the sea, close to a beach, restaurants and shops in Binibeca. We were very appreciative of all David’s communication before our holiday and the welcome pack of food and drink to start off our stay was a lovely thought. We are looking forward to returning and would absolutely recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa - highly recommend
By Kathryn Duffy on 05-Jun-2023We had a fantastic holiday in David and Penny's beautiful villa which is designed to suit families of all ages. In addition to all the standard amenities the villa includes a wide selection of adult and children board games which helped to keep the children entertained in any "down time". David and Penny have given a great deal of thought to the guests comfort throughout the villa even including mosquito nets for the travel cots. We were made to feel welcome and were astounded by the very thoughtful welcome pack which even took account of our lactose intolerant grandchildren. David explained everything to us with tips thrown in on eating out and local amenities including giving us a lift to a larger super market. Nothing was too much trouble to them but at the same time they respected our privacy. The Villa housed our extended family of 10 very comfortably, the lay out of the villa with its 3 bathrooms and room arrangements meant that we all enjoyed our own 'space' while being together. The children and adults alike loved the pool and looked forward to using it daily. The beautiful Mediterranean gardens and hammocks are a really valuable extra giving shade when needed. The location of the Villa is excellent providing opportunities for walking by the sea. The Villa was a real find surpassing our expectations with helpful but unobstrusive hosts in David and Penny. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and hope to be in a position to return for a holiday. Date of experience: 05 June 2023

By Tatiana on 10-Sep-2021Una casa fantástica tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy bien situada en la que se llega andando al pueblo de Benibeca en apenas 7 minutos. Casa muy amplia e independiente en la que se puede disfrutar en grupo con espacio suficiente para que todos puedan encontrar su rincón, en la piscina, tumbado en alguna de sus hamacas, preparando una barbacoa, un café en alguna de las dos terrazas o relajarse leyendo bajo la sombra de alguno de sus árboles. David su propietario,un gran anfitrión, a la llegada nos había preparado unas ensaimadas y quesos típicos de las islas y algunos productos más q llenando la nevera. Tuvimos un problema con nuestra reserva de coche y él nos ayudó a localizar vehículo e incluso nos trasladó en el suyo propio para poder recogerlo. Menorca una isla con mucho encanto que pudimos disfrutar al 100% gracias también a nuestra fantástica experiencia en esta casa.
